Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Non clog sewage Submersible Pump set, stainless steel body with Cast Iron impeller High chromium steel cutter, stainless steel shaft, non clog to pass particles size up to 35mm, Three Phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz, electric driven motor of 1.0HP, 0.75 KW, IPS 3&4, Flow range not less than 100 LPM, Head range not less than 15mtr, Delivery pipe size 25mm dia all as per Model No.Eternal 750 SW (1HP) of Kirloskar or techno-commercially equivalent of other specified makes including provision of suitable size cable with copper conductor of required length for connection from LT Panel to pump etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lay and testing Ductile Iron pipes of size 100mm bore with spigot & socket ends, cast special, class K9 conforming to IS 8329 with inside surface of centrifugally cast cement mortar lined suitable for tyton joint (Push-on joint) in any length laid to level or to falls in trenches/ on grounds / on supports including jointing with flexible push-on type gasket of electrometric (EPDM) joining materials conforming to IS:5382 all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Excavation and earthwork, Returning, filling in and removal of soil shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) Contractor is responsible for repair/replacement of any damages to the existing structures etc., during the course of execution.

TREATED WATER SUPPLY

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pumping set mounted on common base plate foundation with discharge of pumping set 750 LPM at 12 metre head directly coupled with Three phase 415 Volts electric motor of suitable capacity for above pumping set complete with all accessories :- (i) Delivery pipe 100mm dia MS pipe heavy grade from pump set to existing delivery pipe flanged type complete with all fitting suitable for flanged pipe and necessary nut, bolts, washers and rubber gasket etc including fixing of sluice valves and non return valve all as required. (ii) PCC platform in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 30cm above ground level including necessary eye bolts etc as per manufacturer recommendation. (iii) Necessary cable connection of suitable size copper conductor laid from starter to motor terminals.

Supply and fix Cast Iron foot valve of size 100 mm dia, flanged ends, swing type conforming to IS 4038 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of 160mm bore HDPE pipe of virgin grade quality, Class 3, Blue colour with other jointing accessories suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure conforming to IS 4984-1995 laid under road, pavement, hard standing etc., by adopting trenchless lateral drilling of bore with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) technique at a depth not exceeding 2.0m below the road with suitable capacity of machinery, monitoring using ultra sound technique by erecting the equipment to true to the alignment and gradient for drawing and including 160 mm bore heavy duty HDPE pipe with jointing materials to carry LT UG cables/pipe lines including tunneling, excavation in any type of soils, hard rock etc., all as per site requirement and necessary conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials in co-ordination with the concerned authorities etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Contractor shall engage suitable agency for doing trenchless work from starting point to end point. No payment shall be made for failed trenchless work. The contractor shall quote accordingly.

Supply and Fix 80mm Air release valve double (isolated type) both ends flanged with CI body, conforming to IS 14845, ISI marked, pressure PN 1.6 with Stainless Steel spindle including clamps, check nuts, operating hand wheel etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix 50mm Air release valve double (isolated type) both ends flanged with CI body, conforming to IS 14845, ISI marked, pressure PN 1.6 with Stainless Steel spindle including clamps, check nuts, operating hand wheel etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve chamber of internal size 750 x 750 x 750mm suitable for 80mm dia sluice valve including necessary earth work excavation, PCC 1:4:8 in foundation type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, brick wall in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including provision of MS sheet cover 3.0mm thick with MS angle frame 25 x 25 x 3mm all round and at diagonals of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and also MS plate welded to MS angle as shown in drawing, embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer necessary excavation earth work in any kind of soil/disntegrated sof rock and disposed of surplus soil to distance not exc. 50m etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
