M&L for 150 mm thick granular sub base with Shingle or gravel, spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for design Mix M-30 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items.

M&L for chemical injection mortar for fixing MS anchor bolt to the foundation all as specified and directed. Note:- Anchor bolts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items as supply only.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) and not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of broken stone or boulders of gauge 80 to 150 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel anchor screw bolts (machine made) 50mm long, 11-15mm dia with hexagonal or sqsuare head at one end and screw the other, or screwed bolt ends, each screw end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Hard drawn steel wire fabric of weight exc 4 Kg per Sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Reinforced concrete pipes of bore of dia 450 mm, of class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars in cement mortar 1:1 all as specified and directed.

S&F of standard wall UPVC Pipe (SCH-40) 254 mm nominal size for installation of Fair LED tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS sqare plate 25.4 mm thick and 152.4X152.4 size for drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of non skid epoxy paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2.00 mm thick painting to road surfaces as in lines, dashes, arrows, zebra cross etc on roads, pavements and like with thermoplastic road marking paint @ 5Kg/Sqm and applying glass grit (BS 6088) @ 300 gram/Sqm over painting surfaces while the painting surfaces are hot by mechanical means including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- STP/ ASIAN PAINTS/BERGER.) NOTE: Application shall be carried out through mechanical applicances by the approved applicator of the manufacturer of paint.

M&L for providing water proof insulation for pit wall and floor by installing a bituminous based elastomeric membrane of min thickness of 1.5 mm covered with 1" foamular 250 (cold climate) insulation board complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of solvent cement for joining PVC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for solvent cement cleaner for clearing PVC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing, runway & PTT by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note : Price for HDPE Pipe of 150 mm dia included in the quoted rate.

Taking out / dismantling of existing Runway Elevated fitting any type, Taxi way light, stop bar lights, Isolating Transformer, etc including disconnecting all Electrical wiring including transporting from the runway site upto store for safe handing to the AF Auth Complete assembly for elevated Runway Edge lights, all as specified and directed.

Runway Edge Lighting, Inset Light with 2 X 105 w halogen lamps with 12 inch shallow base and bottom box cpmplete with filter, reflector and necessary optics. The light assembly shall be waterproof complete and facilitate easy replacement of lamps without compromising the optics and water tightness. The fitting shall be powered through the base and the wire entry should not disturb the water tightness. The light fixtures shall be tested with relevant ICAO requirements and FAA specifications. Routine tests such as photometric test as per latest ICAO and leakage test, Insulation tests shall be carried out on each fixture before leaving the OEM works. The choice of colours, materials and safety complete shall be in accordance with latest ICAO specifications complete all as specified and directed. The insulation shall be resistant to rodent/termites and all local weather conditions. The cable shall be type tested and routine tested before leaving factory permises as per relevant IS compliant to ICAO Specs complete all as specified and directed. Connector kit for 5 KV primary cables, resin filled plug type suitable for conductors of cross sectional area 6 sqmm. The connectors shall be water resistant and insulation resistant in all aspects after soak test and the same shall be carried out on site as per relevant IS complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing of 32 mm bore HDPE Pipe of pressure Rating 6Kgf/Sq Cm laid in Trenches/ bore holes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates shall be inclusive of earthwork required for laying of HDPE pipe for primary/ secondary cable.

Cast Iron housing box cylindrical shape 330 mm Dia and 450 mm height with 10 mm thick cast Iron body. The top plate shall be of 15 mm thick suitable to receive a light fitting base plate. The body shall have clear holes for AFL cable entery 32 mm HDPE pipe and check nuts. The box shall have two earth bolts of M-10 x 30 mm welded inside near the cable entry hole on one side and having a drain hole at the bottom. Suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface, and 6 Nos M-10 tapped hole at the center 260 mm dia to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required confirming to ICAO specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Isolating Transformer copper wound completely enclosed resin cast, rubber covered 5 KV, 50 HZ suitable for runway lighting applications of capacity 200-6.6-0.95, 90-6.53 confirming to IS 12290. Operating temp range -20 deg C TO 55 deg C. Primary 5 KV and secondary 0.6 KV voltage range. The transformer shall be supplied with two primary leads and two secondary leads and shall pass all routine tests before dispatch. Each transformer shall be accompained with test certificate and marking plates as per ICAO Rules complete all as specified and directed. Make: EFLA/ ATG/ ADB/ NORATEL/ AMA/ BILDAL.

Supply and laying of 40 mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) including accessories as T Joint, end cap, elbow etc to lay in under kerf cutting area for running cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for kerf cutting in existing asphalt surface of size 75mm x 100 mm deep for laying Gl conduit including accessories required & filing material matching with existing surface (DBM/M10) and making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for testing and Earthing of machinery/Equipment complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm× 3.15 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earth lead strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass or HS steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and and necessary excavation and earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with suitable size of CI cover plate with angle iron frame and opening arrangement ) incl providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe ( light grade) wire mesh, copper lugs, complete in all respect,including copper earth strip 25x3mm thick run in 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe up to earthing test point as directed, incl disposal of spoil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning factory fabricated feeder pillar (outdoor type) weather dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA steel sheet outer portion AC 415 volts, 50 HZ of size 600 mm x 400 mm x 300 mm mounted on PCC foundation and inner portion of size 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet suitable size of MS channel supports and and with suitable size of angle iron legs for grouting steel sheet powder coated paint internally and externally and locking arrangement including all incoming and outgoing connection with suitable size of lugs and glands including 04 Nos Copper busbar 3 phase 4 wire of rating 400 amps for phase and neutral complete all as specified and directed.
