Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars up to 1st floor level, conforming to relevant I.S Code for RCC work R.B walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per detailss, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and palcing in position with proper blocks, support, chairs, spacers etc complete. (Rates inclusive of all wastage, lappage, hooks, chairs, anchorage etc and no measurement for the same is required). High Yield Strength Deformed bars or Tor Bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form of all heights complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete (using steel).

All works up to plinth level.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with: Cement mortar 1 :6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights complete and as directed by Engineer in charge. Slabs, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, shelves (using steel).
