Providing, fitting and fixing of furnishing of wall panelling made of 12 mm HDHMR premium quality ply and 2 mm thick mica approved brand of approved quality over frame of vertical 19 mm thick HDHMR ply placed 1 c/c including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete

Providing & fixing Plain Gypsum board ceiling suspended from roof by adjustable G.I. ceiling angle with spread at a distance not more than 600mm fixed to roof by Rowl Plug & stiff cleat, Gupsum board 12.5mm thick held by G.I. perimeter channel MF-3 & intermediate channel MF-7, framing, boarding, jointing & finishing with special type of gypsum compound etc. including cost , conveyance & taxes of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the E-I-C.

Providing fixing and fitting of Cornice for Gypsum borad ceiling 4'' wide of approved quality and approved make confirming to I S with necessary bends etc.complete fixed to wall with Screw etc asper the direction of Engineer in charge including cost of all material with taxes labour T&P etc complete.

Wall painting two coat with Plastic Emulsion paint of approved shade on old/new work of approved make to give an even shade after scrapping old paint with scrapper, washing with soda water primming with approved wall primer etc including cost of all materials, labour with T&P etc. complete in all floors as per the direction of E-I-C.

EI- Recessed wiring to light point/Fan point/ Exhaust fan point/Call bell point with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISI marked with 20mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit ISI marked Make-AKG/BEC/Precision/Norpak/Anchor/Kinjal with 6Amp ,250V Modular switch ISI marked and ceiling rose ISI marked mounted on Metal box having front Modular cover of suitable size, Metal box with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire including all accessories and connection (Make of wire-Polycab/Finolex/L&T/Anchor/Havells/V-Guard) (Panasonic Akina/Roma Plus), legrand( Myrius-NEXT GEN),Havells-Crabtree Group-A -L.P- F.P- C.B.P-
