Providing & applying 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:5 (1 part of cement: 5 parts of sand) to walls internally in single coat at all levels to correct line and level including chicken wire mesh at all joints of brick and concrete surfaces with minimum overlap of 150 mm in all directions, scaffolding, rounding off or champhering of corners, offsets, fin/ bands, projections, etc. and cleaning of surface, raking out joints, roughening of surface, chiseling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing, etc., all materials and labour complete in all respects including all lead, lift and descent and as directed.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers. [The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coat of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc., complete]. The Putty should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining,curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers).

Providing granolithic floor finish of 50mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including mixing of admixture, laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining,curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers).

Providing and Applying CFTRI approved two component flexible polymer modified acrylic cementitious waterproofing coating with a mix ratio of (5 Liquid :7 Powder) to the RCC surface like Roof, bathroom, toilet, balcony & utility area applied @ 2.2kg/m2 in 2 coats to achieve 1.2mm DFT, having Elongation at break >120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength >1N/ mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength: 0.80N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely as per specification

Providing and applying 20 mm thick Cement plaster in Cement mortar 1:3 ( One part of Cement and Three parts of Sand ),to finishing the exposed surfaces of R.C.C. items of works such as Roof (or) floor slabs, beams,and Sun shades etc.to correct plane and level including scaffolding, hacking of surface,chiselling the undulated surface wherever necessary and curing etc.,all materials and labour complete in all respects including all lead,lift and descent and as directed by the Enineer in charge.This rate includes the cost of providing Cement Mortar beadings for sun shades, steps, landing slabs,elevation etc.complete complying with standard specifications.

Providing Cup-board Shutter with frame using termite / water proof plywood of 19mm thick over which laminated sheet of 0.8mm thick fixed inside the shutter and 1mm thick fixed in the outside of the shutter using fevicol along with necessary furniture fittings, such as, hydralic hinges, tower bolt, handles, multi purpose locks etc., as directed by the Departmental Officers.
