Supplying and filling with quarry dust including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C.work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level - Thermo -Mechanically treated bars (ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) Fe - 415 or more

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.D (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement 6 coarse sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm
