MISCELLANEOUS (PART-VIII) INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-II (internal Electrification) shall also be applicable.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqm, single core, PVC inculated with multistranded PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable in and inlcluding rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit 20 mm dia heavy grade complete with all PVC conduit accessories/fittings ISI marked and pressed steel terminal sunken box and 2.8 mm thick with laminated hylam sheet, top cover, concealed in wall including earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor connected to all fittings, sunken boxes and common earth and connected to earth dolly screwed with screws, complete all as specified and directed for one light / fan / bell point controlled by one, one way switch, 5 / 6 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep bellow ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m bellow normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia. by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts , nuts , check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed , including funnel with GI med grade watering pipe 20 mm bore , wire mesh , charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode , with concrete pit in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C-1 , 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar ,GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc. 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of MES SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: (a) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia and wire mesh complete. (b) Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyonf 7.5m will be measured and paid separately, if required.

MISCELLANEOUS (PART-VII) EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION NOTE:- For items of External Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (External Electrification) shall also be applicable.

Supply, installation and testing of High instensity, energy saving, long range > 600 metres LED search cum flood light, 1 X 250 watt, narrow beam - 7 degree, LM6 housing with heat sink, round in shape, diameter > 350 mm, operating voltage 90V-300V AC 50Hz, PF > 0.95, THD < 10%, CCT: 5500-6000K, CRI > 70, Optics used - PMMA/PC lens, LED efficiency > 140 lm/w, average lux level at 10 metre > 4000 with circle of approx 1 metre, toughened clear glass with silicon gasket, driver efficiency > 90%, over volt/under volt & short circuit protected, confirming to LM79/LM80, IK07, IP66 and BLS. The search light shall easily be able to install firm on a unique rotating stand having such design that the light could rotated 360 degree in the horizontal plane alongwith vertical tilting option upto 45 degree and covered by weather proof fibre box with provision of bottom hole for installation. A wall mounted wired control panel (consisting of MCB, V-metre, fuse, LED indicator and having buttons for speed controller (1-10 rpm), auto/manual, reverse/forward and up/down buttons) is to be supplied for safe operation complete all as specified and directed.

MISCELLANEOUS (PART-VII) LIGHTNING PROTECTION NOTE:- For items of LIGHTNING PROTECTION notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-VI (LIGHTNING PROTECTION) shall also be applicable.

S&F galvanised iron steel tubing, 40mm bore, light grade of length 1.5 metre including MS plate with clamps, nut bolt and all other fittings for fixing air termination rod complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of post type porcelain insulator of size 25mm with bolts, washers, nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth Strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm diameter protection pipe etc complete all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE: (a) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm dia and wire mesh complete.
