M&L for 16 to 18mm thick granite stone (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, staircase tread & risers of steps, cooking platform, window cill/ jambs etc laid bedded over 15mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles including grinding and mirror polishing, rounding and chamfering complte. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge)

M&L for machine cut polished cudappah stone slab 40mm thick as in verticals and horizontals supports for shelves, cooking platform and the like including necessary jointing and pointing with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and making good disturbed surfaces to match with surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.

Drilling holes with drilling machine for bolts, gas pipes, etc., not exceeding 25mm dia, each hole of 10cm depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, made of grey cement and pigments, machine pressed as in flooring, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, glossy finished, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade, made of grey cement and pigments, any pattern, laid in floors, laid dry including filleting to edges in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand (river sand) filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile.
