Material and labour for taking down of ceiling fan / exhaust fan / wall mounted, pedestal fan from ceiling / wall any type and make and replacement of wornout, steel split pin, rubber reel, washer, screws, nut bolts etc., Greesing / oiling of the fan including rectifying the defective wiring, cleaning complete and make functional the same, refixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Item required repairs shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Supply and fixing the following items / spare parts for serial item No. 1 above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Fan clamp made of SS.

Supply only Fan capacitor 2.5 mFD.

Supply only Fan capacitor 3.15 mFD.

Supply only MS down rod made of GI 15 mm dia, 300 mm long.

Supply only Aluminium fan blade 1200 / 1400 mm sweep.

Supply only MS mounting clamps for Exhaust fan with frame suitable for upto 300mm / 450 mm sweep.

Supply only Exhaust fan blade made of SS upto 300mm / 450 mm sweep.

S&F Electronic fan regulator stepped type (flush type) 240 volt, 50Hz, single phase on existing phenotic laminated sheet including taking down old one and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dismantling / opening complete fan obtained from item No. 1 here in before, assembling and testing complete after the following repairs :

Supply and fixing ball bearing for fan as per existing size. Make : SKF/NBC/TATA.

Supply and fixing gun metal bush bearing for fan as per existing size.

Material and labour for dismantling, opening complete Fan obtained from item No. 1 and rewinding the same with super enamel copper conductor of suitable size and meet to original specifications & speed etc., Using proper insulation and varnish, sleeves etc. asssembling and 8 hrs continous testing before refixing at site, complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note : (i) Rewinding / repairs of fans shall be ensured to be carried out at AGE E/M store yard including transporation charges to and from. Note : (ii) Item required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately from appropriate items . Ceiling Fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep.

Exhaust Fan 300 mm sweep.

Exhaust Fan 450 mm sweep.

S&F sub main wiring using approved colour coding (Phase-red, Neutral-black, Earth-green) complete with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 6 sqmm as current carrying conductor and one run of 6.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor, voltage rating 1100 volt, ISI marked drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit ISI marked of dia not less than 25 mm and thickness 2 mm with stranded accessories along with one run of FRLS PVC green colour insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm complete all as specified and directed including taking down old one. Note: Two run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one run of earth contunity conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for checking / repair / replace steel split pin, rubber reel if required of ceiling fan and make serviceable, refixing in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

AIR CONDITIONER / WATER COOLER / REFRIGRATOR : Material and labour for disconnecting electric connection, taking down / keep aside the air conditioner (Split / Window), Water Cooler and Refrigerator including stabilizer of any make and capacity. Servicing the same as cleaning inside, by mean of cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gas kit and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection, replacement of wornout, nutbolt, washers, gaskits etc. and necessary cutting, welding / soldering works with replacement of rusted body parts with new MS / GI Sheets of suitable size and make functional the equipment fully and Re-installation in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (All new spare parts will be measured and paid separately under the appropriate items as supply only).

Material and labour for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line by necessary brazing in 1.5 Ton / 2.0 Ton window / split type AC of any model and any make and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts including charging of refrigerant gas R-134 / R-134A / 22 / 32 / 410A with appropriate quantity including testing for smooth functioning, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts, if requited will be measured and paid separately under the supply of appropriate items.

Material and labour for Dismantling of unserviceable / worn hermetically sealed unit compressor from window / Split type AC and replacement with new one compressor suitable for existing same model / make of capacity 1.5 TR split / window type AC including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and inclduing charging of refrigerant gas R-134 / R-134A / 22 / 32 / 410A in appropriate quantity after making vaccum the complete system and testing the AC for proper functioning, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 22 here in before of Capacity 2.0 TR split type AC.

Supply and fixing the following spares parts required for repairs for window / split type AC of any capacity against item No. 1 here in above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge . Note : All the repairs shall ensured to be carried out at AGE E/M store yard including transportation of equipment and re-fixing at site.

M&L for replacement of relay, suitable for 300 / 310 Ltr. refrigerator of any make / model including taking down unserviceable, old one, complete all as specified and directed.

Shifting of Split AC's from one building to another building with complete accessories and final testing the AC's, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Rates of any type of material required during shifting and after installations are included in the quoted rates.
