Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete inter1ocking sqm 128 586 713 paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 60mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.as per HSR item no. 10.77

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge as p[er HSR item no.4.12.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 6 graded cum stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per HSR item no. 6.1.4

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work up to plinth level 1 : 1.5: 3 ( 1 cement : 1. 5 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 3 cum graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) :as per HSR item no. 6.14.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D as per HSR item no. 6.36.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) as per HSR item no. 11.5.3

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work ready to use "cut and bend" rebars of approved make from factory/workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. 6.35.1 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D kg or more as per HSR item no. 6.35.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever as per HSR item no. 6.30.5

White washing with lime to give an even shade on New work (three or more coats) as per HSR item no. 11.61.1
