PRICE CENTRE - A - INSTALLATION OF TRACK FOR ADDITIONAL AUTO WASH PLANT

Laying of Plain cement concrete M 15 grade with Minimum cement content of 240kg/m as per drawings including curing and cube casting and testing as per IS code

Steel reinforcements for RCC work ready to use cut and bend rebars of approved make from workshop to construction site including placing in position and binding all complete as per drawing. Grade of steel Fe500D

Shuttering and Deshuttering for R.C.C including strutting, propping of form work

Laying of Track slab concrete M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370kg/cum including casting manpower supply, curing, and cube casting and testing as per IS code

Laying of rails over cement concrete with track bolt and nuts and others fastening as per drawings

Leading of required rail lengths from rail stacking yard to work location

Cutting of rails for 4 joints as per site requirements

Core Cutting of existing RCC slab , tools, plant, skilled men, lead and lifting including filling core cutted location using approved materails with & Anchor bolts and disposal debris

Welding of rails by SKV method including supply of welding material (portion, dry mould , etc ) and machinery. Weld to be profiled as per tolerance and USFD to be done

Dismantling & refixing of Buffertop leading upto 60m as per site requirements

Painting of Track with bituminous black paint - two coats upto 200 micron as per IS 9862

Supply of Unskilled manpower for miscellaneous works

Supply of Skilled manpower for miscellaneous works

Hire charges for Four wheeler

PRICE CENTRE B - INSTALLATION OF TRACK FOR ADDITIONAL TURNTABLE

Demolishing cement concrete manually or mechanically including disposal of material within 50m

Disposal of demolished cement concrete and other materials by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping yard for lead upto 20km for all lifts.

Leading of required rail lengths from rail stacking yard to work location

Laying of Rails with Embeddded rail system over cement concrete as per drawings.
