R.C.C. 1:1 1/2:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard

Supplying and fabricating, placing in position m.s. or R.T.S for all Reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including the cost of steel and bindingwire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying erecting and shuttering including necessary supports for plane surfaces in foundation and basement and in all floors for slabs and beams complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats with best approved quality of Exterior Emulsion of approved colour over the existing Cement Plastered Surface complete complying with standard specifications

Centering Charges inclusive of all material and laboru charges etc., complete as per standard specification.
