Supply and fixing in replacement LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V AC 4 ft, decorative box type with driver aluminium die cast, including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete.

S & F in replacement VTPN DB 415 Volts 200 Amp 4 way minimum IP 42 IK 09 MCCB as incomer including busbar neutral link DIN rail blanking plates housing suitable for incomer MCCB of rating 63 to 125 Amps bus bar with stand capacity of minimum 5KA for 100 mSec grouted in wall and making good disturbed surface complete all a specified and dircted.

Taking out lantern carriage throughtout the contract any number of times of high mast light fitting with the help of integral power tools for repair and maintenance of unserviceable parts of any capacity and type including replacement of defective parts replaced with new parts (item shall be measured and paid seperately as supply & fixing in repair) and made the fittings serviceable and re-fixing the lantern carriage at the original position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing copper conductor of size 6 core, 2.5 Sqmm rubber insulated and cotton braiding over the laid up cores pvc sheathed flexible type for highmast trailing rubber cable including removal of old cable and reconnecting with proper size of thimble and connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement Diamond chain B.S (I) 3/8 suitable for highmast motor roatation with connected accessories including taking down old sprocket and replaced with all fixing arrangment as per existing capacity and size at site complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair sprocket 3/8 with Hub TH-14 heavy duty suitable for highmast motor and roatary part with connected accessories including taking down old sprocket and replaced with all fixing arrangment complete all as directed.

M & L for repair of control panel complete with checking all electrical wiring including removing and refixing with same size the old burnt control wiring from the panel and and made the panel serviceable including testing after completion of work complete all as specified and directed.Note the rates includes the contactor,NO-NC switch, phase indicator lamp, PIN type panel lock of stainless steel and connected items with control wiring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing the same winch/power tool double drum type/350 Kg suitable for lowering and raising the highmast lantern including dismantling of winch/power tool and refixing after repair oiling greasing servicing and replacement of PIN type satinless steel lock of mast openable door upto the satisfactory level of Engr In Charge with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for re-winding of existing highmast three phase motor of capacity upto 1.5 hp or nearby suitable for high mast with reverse and forward moving ,6 pole single speed or any type of motor suitable for high mast including dismantling of motor and refixing after rewinding in same position with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing oiling greasing of mast motor including change of ball bearing make NBC and connection wire of motor and refixing the same position with connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth including PVC conduit ISI mark medium grade 20 mm and painting the wall as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of controlling wire of lighting luminaires from lantern carriage to any number of LED lights present in mast with suitable type of size and capcity as existing site complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
