REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED, LT ABC/LT NAKED WIRE LINE, EARTHING OF T/f, MISC. WORK IN SWITCH YARD, 250 KVA IInd Point, CAP. INC. OF DISTRIBUTION Tf 250 TO 400 KVA, CONSTRUCTION AND STRENGHTNING OF 11 KV U/g LINE, AT DIFFERENT SITE UNDER EUDD-MAYOHALL

Erection of single support pole 8.5 mtr long PCC for LT line , including fixing of necessary clamps, angle, channel and insulator,Nut & Bolts etc (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor except 8.5 m PCC Pole)

laying and stringing of LT ABC (size 3x120+1x95+1x16) sq.mm with Spreading and stringing of 1 wire continuous wesel conductor for neutral including binding of insulator complete in all respect with LT clamp, dead End Clamp, i hook, Suspention Clamp,Piercing Connector ,LT Arms, with nut bolts, LT Shackle Insulator The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor .(All Material provided by contractor Except ABC Conductor and Weasel Conductor)

Replacement of Damaged LT Line (ABC/Naked Conductor line by New ABC 3x120 sq mm ABC including fixing of as per site requirement as necessary Channels, clamps, angle, channel and LT nsulator,dead End Clamp, i hook, Suspention Clamp,Piercing Connector, Nut & Bolts etc (All materials will be arranged by the conctractor except 11 m ST Pole) including dismantling work of existing LT Line and it relatated work as safe Dismentaling of Existing Utility and after Erection of Line all dismantled Line, Consumer Service Connection (single/Three Phase) as Steet lite and other existing thing Fixed on new Pole and LT Lines .

Errection & Commissioning of 3 Phase LT distribution boxes/kiosk on poles including all clamps & materials required for connections & sealing its connection in between Distribution Box & ABC 1x35/16 sq. mm LT PVC cable with required materials (All require materials ie D.B., clamp, insulator, piercing Connector, 1x35 and 1x16 sq mm cable, nut & bolts etc will be arranged by the conctractor)

Grouting of ST/PCCPole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly .(as per RESSPO) All material provied by contractor.

Earthing of support STP/PCC complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia and 2.54 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules.(All Material Provided by Contractor except earthing road and GI Wire.

Cartage of Dismantaled Conductor/ABC from dump store/work Site to Store to Including loanding and unloading

Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.
