Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches of drains (not exceeding 1.5 M in within or 10sqm on plan) all kinds of soils…………..as per E/I.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth: consolidating each oeposited layer by ramming and watering lead

Supplying and Filling in plinth with local sand and under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.as per E/I.

Provinding desiganation 100A B/F/S joint filled with local sand including cost of watering, taxes, royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade (1:1.5:3) exluding the cost of centring and shuttering-all work upto plinth level. As per E/I.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand :4 Graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size )in pavements ,laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and temping complete

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement-All work puto plinth level 1:1:5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in wall (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc. upt floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finisnin and reinforcement.

Providing MS reinforcement in drain cover with cutting , maulding and binding………as per E/I.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars (Fe-500) 8mm dia.

Centring and shuttering including strutting,propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.as per E/I.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty but excluding cairriage cost) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 3km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. If local earth is available at more than 3 km lead the actual lead must be approved by compitent authority. cairraiage of material will be paid seperately and calculated after deducting initial lead.

Brick work with fly ash bricks as per IS 12894(2002) & IS 3495 in foundations and plinth in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand ) Details of cost for 1 cum Extra for Brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V cum

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Applying one coat of cement primer of aporoved brand and manufacture on wall surface:Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade to give an even shade New work (three or more coats)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, rixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel, etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackts. gates & similar works.

Drilling 6mm Dia. In M.S. angle iron for fixing of staples etc. as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Labour for cutting of M.S. angle iron post to required length, one end splitted as fish tailed in a length of 150mm complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix.

Painting with ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade: New work
