Taking down old unserviceable SPN DB, 8 way alongwith MCB and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors for refixing or removal , Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB TPN DB, 4 way alongwith MCB and making good disturbed surface of walls and floors for refixing or removal , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable submain wiring aluminium ete and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc matching with the existing surface , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket, etc. and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor, etc. ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Temporary power supply shall be provided by contractor.

Sub-main wiring (concealed ) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masnory including 20 mm dia non-metallic PVC conduit fixed in wall including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sub-main wiring (existing concealed PVC conduit) with two single core 4 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through including chasing cutting in any type of masnory fixed in wall including 2.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire, accessories and connecting to earth dolly , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Point wiring (concealed) complete in and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy duty conduit, 19/20mm dia as per site requirement for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi standed copper conducctor cable with flush tye metal boxes modular type suitable for fixing modularswitches,sockets,fan regulators etc with white or any colour cover plate with and including PVC insulated unsheathed multi standard copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm as an earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification and as specified for one light/fan/buzzer/socket point controlled by one modular switch. Note: Metal flush box and other modular accessories except switches, sockets, and fan regulators shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.

All as per item No 8 above but 4 sq mm cable size with 2.5 sq mm earth continuity wire for one 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board.(AC/Geyser)

Notes for Item No. 1 to 10 :- (i) Metal flush box and other modular accessories except switches, sockets and fan regulators shall deemed to be included in quoted rates of contractor. (ii) The disturbed surfaces of wall for concealing the wiring shall be make good by applying cement plaster, putty and colour wash etc matching with the existing surfaces. The rate for point wiring shall be deemed to include the cost of making good.

LED Luminarie 20/22 Watt decorative box type fitting inlcuding LED tube with blue coloured end caps pre wired for LED tube energy saving with high efficiency PMMA diffuser gives soft glare free light with available lumen output from 2000 total lumen. The lamp shall be 1200 mm length with G13 base. The 20/22 Watt system shall be operating at 220-240V AC supply having internal driver, IP 20, surge protection 2 KV, ambient temperature -20 to 45 degree C, freequency 50 to 60 Hz, The system efficiancy must be between 80-100 lumen/watt, with 70% lumen maintenance up to 40000 Br Hrs with uniform visually comfortable light output at 150 degree beam spread, CRI minimum 80, PF should be greater than 0.95, THD <10%. Indivisual LED,s should not be visible for glare free output colour temperature 6500k filled on & including 2 Nos PVC block of suitable & connecting up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible white cord of min size of 0.5 sqmm including taking down old unserviceable light fitting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : CG Cat No.LTT8-20 (LED tube light 20 W) and DMLN1LT8-16 (batten FOR 20 Watt LED tube light) HPL Cat No HLPT51520CW or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Surface/Wall mounting LED luminaries with epoxy white powder coated CRCA sheet steel housng with reeded translucent acrylic diffuser and 1x10/12 watt LED fitting complete including side holder electronic ballast, prewired fitted on and including two nos PVC block of suitable size and connection up to tube light fitting with connecting up with copper 3 core flexible cord of minimum size 0.5 Sqmm size and testing complete including LED lamp including taking down old unserviceable light fitting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Syska LED cat No.SSK-ALB-10W/HPL cat No HLPT51510CW or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of LED Bulk head 9/10 Watt with a nominal system lumen output of 600 lumens and a minimum system efficiancy of 60 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminarie should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI > 70. The luminarie shall meet IP 66 rating and IK 09 rating with THD < 20% and PF >0.9. The luminarie housing should made of high pressure die cast aluminium with polycarbonate front diffuser. The total power consumption should not exceed 10W ,including taking down old unserviceable light fitting , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : CG Cat No. LBHE-10 CDL/HPL Cat No HLPLEDBH10W(CW) or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Taking down old U/S light fitting and Supply, installation, Testing and commissioning of LED 36 Watt environmental friendly, new generation, aesthetically designed, ultra modern recess mounting luminaries with high brightness SMD LEDs as light source 28 Watt with nominal system lumen output of 2800 lumens and a minimum system efficiancy of 100 lm/W. The luminarie shall have a rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours at L70. The luminarie should have a color temperature of 6500K and CRI > 70. The luminarie shall meet IP 66 rating and IK 09 rating with THD < 20% and PF >0.9 complete all as specefied and directed . Make :HPL Cat No LEDPN36-E(CW) or equivalent makes specefied in PS

Supply and Fixing Road way LED 25 Watt with new generation energy saving & environmental friendly long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP65 roadway luminaire with high power LED's as light source and electronic driver complete with all accessories suitable for and including lamp cool white including 1.5 sqmm single core cable from junction box to fitting passed through pole for making necessary electric connections. Make:HPL cat No HPLLEDSL2560S or equivalent makes specified in PS

Angle holder, PVC Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Legrand/Anchor Roma/Crabtree or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Step 0-4, modular type electronic regulator for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 240 volts, 100 Watts humfree single pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Legrand/Anchor Roma/Crabtree or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Door bell, AC, 230 Volts, single pole including connecting and testing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Anchor/Plaza/Crabtree or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 20 amps , 240 Volts, including taking down of old unserviceable material, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/C&S or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Sheet metal enclosures for SPN DB's with double glazed door for incorporating MCBs,IP-43 , 8 way with 200 amps rated busbar, 240 volts, as per IS-8623, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/C&S or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Sheet metal enclosures for DB's for incorporating MCBs, TPN, 4 way, IP-43 double glazed door with 200 amps rated busbar, 415 volts, as per IS-8623, including taking down old unserviceable DBs, all as specified and as directed. Make :- Legrand/L&T/Havells.

MCB four poles, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS-8828, 240 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/C&S or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

MCB SPN 32 amps 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 Ka, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/C&S or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, C series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/C&S or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Earthing complete with G I earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to G I earth strip 4 dia G I wire by means of brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to main switch board or any other electrical equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe for watering, funnel with wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 chamber, pit cover of precast RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, reinforced XPM of weight not less than 4 kg/ Sq.m and MS frame etc. including replacment of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
