Forming inverted filter by using 10mm to 80mm size graded metal to a thickness of 0.075mthick of 10mm metal, 0.075m thick of 20mm metal,0.10m thick of 40mm metal and 0.15m thick of 80mm metal from bottom to top over the course sand of 20mm thick including stacking charges as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Weep holes of 110mm dia pvc pipes of working pressure 4kg/cm2 to a required length for protection wall, abutment and wing wall including cost of conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of labour charges for 90cm spherical back fill arrangements with 110mm dia and 20mm size hard granite broken stone charges at the peripery, the labour charges for fixing and to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction,/ contraction joints in apron floor from body wall to cutoff wall concrete area including cutting, jointing the pvc water stopper of 300m width and placing mastic pad of 20mm thick at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including the filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawing as directed by the engineer coplying with standard specifications.

Supply suitable gravel and providing gravel backing 30cm thick for revetment including stacking the same for pre-measurement spreading and working with water to plastic state complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing steel shutters of size 1.65 m x 1.50 m (Vent Size 1.50m x 1.20m) with consists of skin plate made out of 10 mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150 mm x 75 mm steel (ISMB-150) at an interval of not more than 0.5 m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.6 m and provided with 8 mm thick mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Groove Channels of ISMC 100mmx100mmx10mm mild steel angle for required height up to 3.63 m including welding hold fast of size 40 mm x 40 mmx 6 mm mild steel angle 3 numbers on both sides. Providing Sill Beam of 150mm x 80mm x 6mm, 1.50 m length and providing of 63 mm screw rod made of mild steel duly machined and fully threated to suite the Head set assembly with required height up to 3.63 m and required holes. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolts and nuts in proper alignment to the Head Set. Providing of Top Beam made up of 200 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm (ISMB 200) for the length of 2.10 m duly drilled to suite the Head Set assembly with required bed bolts made out of 25 mm mild steel round rod duly threated with suitable anchorage arrangements to the height of 0.6 m with necessary fish plate made out of 16 mm mild steel plate of size 0.2 m x 0.3 m 2 numbers with require bolts. Providing Head set assembly medium duty with Hexagonal nut (approximate 70 kg) made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and Hexagonal nut threaded to suit screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. The whole shutter assembly should be painted with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over one coat of red oxide primer paint. Towards the payment of Mineral charges, Seigniorage fee, Green fund, District mineral fund and tax on Mineral Bearing Land for formation of flood bank to be paid to Revenue Department through the contractor etc., (Excluding cost of Earthwork excavation, conveyance and forming flood bank).
