Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and refilling the sides of foundation in sand,silt or other loose soil wet sand and silt not under water, ordinary earth as per SS20B.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Filling in Basement with conveyed Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling M sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (For plinth beam, Grade beam, Raft slab, Pedestral, Staircase waist slab etc)

Brick work in cm 1:5 using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7cm for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

a) Ground floor upto Plinth

b) Ground floor above Plinth

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cm 1 : 5, 12 mm thick in all exposed faces including curing etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Paving floor with Anti skid tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Paving floor with Vitrified tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dsesign & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting two coats over iron works such as doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Provideing and laying Tactile Flooring in the specified area including cost and conveyance of all materials including all labour charges etc complete.

The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads 2014 and Technical Specification clause 1504.
