Laying of HDPE Pipe 160 mm Diameter for laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE Cable by horizontal drilling method after digging of Kachcha/Pakka road for pit including cost of Bricks, sand etc required as per norms. The HDPE pipe shall be of PE 80 grade with pressure rating PN6 conforming to IS 4984/1995 and shall have wall thickness of 11.20 to 12.60 mm (All necessary material will be supplied by contractor)

Dressing, Marking, Tagging and Safe Laying of under ground 11 KV 3X185 sq mm XLPE Cable into HDPE Pipe by Horizontal drilling method as per RESPO norms. The Depth of horizontal drilling shall be between 2 to 3 meters or as per site required.

Dressing, Marking, Tagging and Safe Laying of Parellel 11 KV 3X185 Sq.mm. XLPE cable (900 mtr. X 2= 1800 mtr.) by digging of trench of size 800 mm wide 1250 mm deep and boxing with brick, sand, stone slab 600X450X50 mm, width between 11 KV cable 600 mm. (All Necessary Materials provided by Contractor). Work will be done as per provision of IS 1255:1983

Dressing, Marking, Tagging and Hoisting of cable on double pole using G.I. Pipe 6"dia 3 mtr. Long with complete work.

Fabrication & erection of substation Double Pole structure on 11 mtr. Long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories required such as Top Channel, Pin insulator etc including digging of pit 2 mtr. as well as grouting and plinthing of ST Pole (Size of the pole plinth is kept as 450x450 mm x depth and height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top) with 1:4:8 CC ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely (As per RESPO norms). All required materials will be provided by the contractor.

Fabrication & erection of single 9 mtr./11 mtr. Long ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories required including digging of pit depth 1/6 of the length of pole as well as grouting and plinthing of ST Pole (Size of the pole plinth is kept as 450x450 mm x depth and height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top) with 1:4:8 CC ratio of cement, sand & brick ballast, backfilling of pits with mud completely (As per RESPO norms). All required materials shall be provided by the contractor.

Painting of Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. Paint will be provided by contractor

Earthing of ST Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO norms.

Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work)

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help of first class brick & 9" masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely and plastering outer surface as per RESPO norms. Top of the plinth covered with 4" RCC Slab of ratio 1:1.5:3 (Cement, sand & concrete) grouting with 2 Nos. ISMC size 125X65X6 MM (confirming to IS 808:1989) of 2000 mm long for resting. All required materials will be provided by the contractor.

Grill fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size & height approx 2 meter as per site requirement with fabrication 50X50X5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of grill, having a gate on road side must have provision of locking arrangement. The work is including painting of fencing as per norms. Work will be done as per RESPO specification.

Fabrication, errection, commissioning & Testing of 400 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection. All neessary materials will be supplied by the Contractor.

Chemical earthing of Transformer (Body+Neutral) as per IS Code 3043 - 1987 specification

(Meter provided by Department)

Replacement/Installation of Single Phase electronic meters on connections at the outside the main gate of permises of the consumer including the work of Sealing the meter and filling of sealing certificate properly and handing over copy of sealing certificate to consumer and concerned division/subdivision on same day.

Replacement/Installation of Three Phase electronic meters on connections at the outside the main gate of permises of the consumer including the work of Sealing the meter and filling of sealing certificate properly and handing over copy of sealing certificate to consumer and concerned division/subdivision on same day.

Disconnection and Re-connection of consumer cable of complete LT Line (Single/Three Phase)

Laying of HDPE Pipe 32 mm Diameter along with laying of Al Cable 10 sq mm (2 core) (Armoured)/ Al Cable 16 sq mm (4 core) (Armoured)/ Al Cable 25 sq mm (4 core) (Armoured)/ Al Cable 50 sq mm ( 4 core) (Armoured) as applicable through it by horizontal drilling method with all necessary fitting. The HDPE pipe shall be of PE 100 grade with pressure rating PN10 conforming to IS 4984/1995 and shall have wall thickness of 3.60 to 4.20 mm (All necessary material will be supplied by contractor)
