NOTE :The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates.

Material & Labour for servicing of Natural Oil cooled Transformer 6/0.415 KV of capacity 200 to 250 KVAincluding taking proper shutdown from HT side and disconnecting all HT and LT cables, checking drain plug and replacing where required, checking oil level indicator and replacing where required, checking of silica gel breathers, manual cleaning the cores and windings from sediments and foreign particles deposited on cores / windings / body, replacing the gaskets and bolts / nuts as required for the following capacity transformers:- Note:- The materials used for servicing will be measured and paid under separate item as supply only. Other minor spares / materials and tools used for servicing not mentioned in the schedule (viz drain plug, bolts and nuts, materials and tools required for cleaning or core / windings, tools required for cutting of gaskets etc) deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Dehydration and topping up of transformer oil will be measured and paid under separate item but must be done at the time of servicing.

Material and Labour for Draining out all the transformer oil and preserving in air tight container and Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil with streamline transformer oil purification / dehydration machine including heating for removing moisture content to bring down the parameters of the oil within the permissible limit as laid down in IS:1866,2000 all as specified and as directed including testing and topping up new transformer oil upto optimum level for transformers 6/0.415 KV of capacity 200 to 800 KA:- Note:- (i) Cost of pouring new transformer oil to maintain the optimum level deemed to be included in the quoted rate. the quantity of new transformer oil will be measured and paid under separate item as supply only (ii) The cost of re-filtration / re-dehydration in case the parameters of filtered oil does not comply with the laid down limits as per IS, deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only new transformer oil in non-returnable containers including testing of parameters from Govt authorised laboratory as per IS :335:1993 complete all as specified and directed Note:- Testing charges from Govt authorised laboratory shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and Labour for opening covers of dry type transformer 6/0.415 KV capacity 750 KVA, Make:- ICON Engineers Pvt Ltd and servicing complete including manual cleaning of dust and sediments through blower / vacuum cleaner by auth Service Engineer of OEM complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The materials used for servicing will be measured and paid under separate item as supply only. Other minor spares / materials and tools used for servicing not mentioned in the schedule (viz drain plug, bolts and nuts, materials and tools required for cleaning or core / windings, tools required for cutting of gaskets etc) deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only silica gel breather including initial filing with required quantity of silica gel for transformers of any make, type and capacity complete all as specified and directed:- (a) 200 KVA to 250 KVA

Supply only transformer bushing including studs for HT primary side of existing transformer 6/0.415 KV of capacity 200 to 800 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Supply only transformer bushing including studs for LT secondary side of existing transformer 6/0.415 KV of capacity 200 to 800 KVA complete all as specified and directed

Supply only best quality oil resistant gasket sheet suitable for oil cooled transformer as per IS:4253 including cutting to shape as per existing size of transformer top covers and side covers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer and writing MES No with capital letters at two places after preparation of surface by complete removal of old paints by paint removing chemicals and mild scrapping for transformers of following capacity :- (a) 200 KVA to 250 KVA

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but for transfrmers of capacity 315 KVA to 500 KVA

Dismantling of HV VCB trolley 11 kv 400 Ams of any make and type from existing site, opening / drawing out the VCB trolley after switching off electric supply, Testing and maintenance of VCB pannels installed in main receiving station, which shall include the following work:- (a) Checking of all mechanical / electrical control system for proper functioning, spring charging system, tripping system, indication contacts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubricating / greasing complete. (b) Secondary injection of relay to determine the healthyness of individual relays and their operation in the event of fault and cleaning the same. (c) Checking of PT & CT which shall include ration test and healthyness of the HV and LV fuses and associate circuiting. (d) Breaker testing which includes:- (i) Insulation resistance, (ii) Pick up and drop of operating coils. (e) Servicing of HV, 11 KV, VCB, 400 Amps capacity, 50 Hz, breaking capacity 50 KA by drawing out from and moving contacts for smooth functioning including replacement of tripping and closing coils, 30 volts, DC and servicing of solenoid switch all as specified and directed. (f) Dismantling of unserviceable bus bar bushing from existing 11 KV bus bar chamber and supply and fix bushing suitable to match existing bushing complete. (g) Grinding & polishing the burnt surface of fixed contact assembly from the HV, VCB, 11 KV, 400 Amps complete ass as specified and directed. (h) Calibration of existing relay through primary injection method and testing complete resetting where required and ensuring proper functioning of earth fault and over current relay all as directed. Note:-Cost of spare parts need to be replaced during maintenance work shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Maintenance of Ring Main Unit with 02 Nos Incoming and 01 No Outgoing of Make : Areva T&D, 6 KV grade, 400 to 630 Amp by auth rep of OEM including the following:- (a) Switching off all the Incoming and confirming that supply to Incoming end is properly disconnected. (b) Opening covers of the RMU and visual checking of all parts for rust and wear. (c) Cleaning all parts to remove dust and dirt and wipping of the envelop of the moving contacts and Insulating material with a clean and dry cloth. (d) Lubricating of rotary sections and moving parts, sliding surfaces, pins, coupling section etc by applying a small amount of machine oil and applying grease for operating shaft and bearings. (e) Checking of PTs and CTs and all control circuits. Note:-Cost of spare parts need to be replaced during maintenance work shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Material and Labour for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 32 x 6mm galvanised strip fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed

Material, Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level, connected with and including galvanized earth strip of size 32 x 6mm thick connected to main test point as directed as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, washers of galvanized iron protected by 40mm dia (light grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (medium grade) watering pipe including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 350 x 350 x 50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @15 cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size for lifting of cover slab, charcoal and salt in alternative layers including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil all as shown in Electric Plate No. 3 of SSR Part - I and testing including dismantling of old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe, wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, earth srip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 metre ground level (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fixing in repair 11KV(Earthed) grade indoor termination cable jointing kit cold shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 21 here-in-before but of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 21 here-in-before but of size 240 Sqmm to 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair 11KV(Earthed) grade straight through cable jointing kit cold shrink type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Aluminium conductor cable of size50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 24 here-in-before but of size 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated (Earthed), screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts(Earthed) grade, cross sectional area 95 Sq mm x 3 core including taking out old unserviveable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not e. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directe

Material & labour for painting on steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described with two cots of black japan paint over a coat of primer after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only insulating HT synthetic rubber mat of size 1 m x 1m x 2.5 mm thick as per IS : 15652 (2006) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only insulating LT synthetic rubber mat of size 1 m x 1m x 2.0 mm thick as per IS : 15652 (2006) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for zinc oxide distribution class Lightning Arrestor 12 KV 10 KA as per IS:3070(Part-III) of approved make including taking down old serviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, PVC innersheathed 1100 volts grade for cable of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed

Material & labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 with 12.5mm graded aggregate as in in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded to chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces or brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair trip/close coil of HV VCB 11 KV ,400 Amps suitable for 24 volt AC/DC compltete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Mild steel plates, pain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes for use as duct covers as per existing size conforming to Fe 410-w(Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
