Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket, power point) including batten, conduit and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, sockets, brackets, light fittings, switch board etc removing, making good distrubed surfaces of wall, floor, ceiling etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm cable PVC unsheathed and insulated copper multistranded conductor (FRLS) 1100 Volts grade cable (red colour cable to be used for phase connection and black colour cable to be used for neutral connection) including PVC casing capping with all accessories including 1.5 sqmm copper multistrand conductor (FRLS) 1100 Volts grade unsheathed PVC insulated (green colour) continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet for mounting of fittings like switch, socket and fan regulator with 3 mm thick hylum laminated sheet cover complete all as specified and as directed for the following:-

5 Amp switch socket point on same board

5 Amp switch socket point on Independent Board.

All as per item No 2 here in before but 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor for 6 pin, 6/16 Amp switch socket combination on independent board.

M&L in repair for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through & including PVC casing-caping medium grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through & including PVC casing-caping medium grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through & including medium grade PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Factory made sheet metal enclosure for VTPN DBs double door (Fixed flush to the wall), suitable for 125 Amps MCCB as incommer & outgoing as TPN 415 volt, 4 Way, IP-43 protection with 200 Amp rated bus bar and 4.0Sq. mm copper PVC sheathed cable for earth continuity and suitable for having MCB’s complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- MCCB/MCB will be paid separately under respective items of this schedule)

Supply and fixing in repair of factory made sheet metal enclosure for DBs double door, TPN, 415 volt, 4 Way, IP-42 protection with bus bar, neutral link, earth link complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral with two pin earth plug and socket, 20 Amps, 230 Volts, 50 Hz complete with one single pole MCB of 20 Amps, 10KA, 230 volts, 50Hz, C curve type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 415V 16KA, MCCB TPN 125 Amps current carrying capacity complete with connection testing all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of plastic ventilation fan of sweep 200mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.2mm thick GI hot dip galvanised/ powder coated perforated type cable tray of size 100mm width, 50mm depth fixed with and including necessary MS clamps, nuts, bolts fixed to walls/ ceiling including taking down existing cable & laying in new cable tray complete after dismantling of old cable tray complete all as specified and directed.

S&F repair UPVC panel trunking system 75mm width, 75mm depth elongated flexible bottom mounting fixed with and including necessary end joints, T bends and other accessories, clamps, nuts, bolts fixed to walls/ ceiling and top cover of 75mm width complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600mm x 600mm x6mm thick elecrode and 4mm galvanised iron/GI wire as earthing lead burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, the earth plate surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides connected to GI wire of 4mm dia earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers (including welding) of galvanised iron or steel and connected to main switch board / panel/ test point at the other including necessary earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type BI cover slab 54cm x 54cm x 5cm reinforce with 8mm dia bar TMT @150mm centre to centre both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS bar with wire mesh funnel, 20mm GI tubing medium grade for watering and 40mm GI tubing light grade for protection, test point, testing on completion all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
