Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any position below or above ground floors, not exceeding 15 cm in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; exceeding 200 mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced concrete pipes with collars, 600 mm internal diameter, class NP2, laid and jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar (1:2) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
