Each tower shall be complete with basin, casing distribution system, filling fills, hot deep galvanised (HDG) supportors, GI ladders, motor (IP55 protection) suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase power supply, 50 Hz and high efficiency (IE-4) moter, isolators provision at cooling tower enclosed in weather proof panel, Emergency Stop Switch, sump temperature sensors complete as per specification as required.
Cooling Towers system shall be selected on the basis of ambient wet bulb 82.94 degree F and actual capacity as follows:

SH-I: Electrical Works
Supply fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water pipes of following sizes of MS ‘C’ class along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as bends,tees etc. but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc. adequately supported on rigid supports duly painted/buried in ground excavation and refilling etc. as per specification and as required complete in all respect.

Supply of 3 core X 25 Sq.mm. size of 1.1kv grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable as per IS : 7098:1988 with upto date amendments.
Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.
Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 3 core, 25 Sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
Supplying and installing of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray "cable tray" of size 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc as required.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars (Fe-500D)
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana /Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate /retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. All works above plinth level Upto floor V level. a) Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum.
Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a depth as per Drawing/manufacturer's specification in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of Hilti HIT-HY 200-RV3 Adhesive anchor or equivalent approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - incharge.
Preparation and submission of structural design/drawing for Base of Cooling Tower along with three copy of drawings, soft copy, hard copy of Design/drawings etc all complete including duly vetting from Govt. Engineering College/NIT/IIT .
