Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft / loose soil.

Eacavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc, not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil for walls, shafts, manholes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) ty B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in brick/ concrete suface,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&F Precast SFRC square or rectangular manhole/drain cover 100 mm thick with frame heavy duty conforming to IS-12592, including necessary reinfocement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 450 mm internal dia of RCC pipe class NP-2 with collar laid and jointed with rubbur joint,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Ty D-2 using 40mm lgraded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L for rubber moulded glossy finished precast coloured cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick, with gray cement and pigments machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4),complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required (Size and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for rubber moulded glossy finished machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigments confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade over 15mm thick sand cushioning,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Note :- Sand cushoning shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) Ty B-0 using 12.5mm thick graded stone aggregate as in coping etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered / un-plastered brick, kerb stone or any other type of concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint area exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M&L for hardcore of broken bricks and filling the gaps with approved sand, filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engn-in- charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Ty C-2 as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 450mm dia, including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L 20 mm thick granite of any type work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in over and incl rendering 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L for coloured glazed wall cladding tiles of size overall area exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm of 8-10mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall over 10mm thick rendering and as per sample approved by Engr-in-charge or GE ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M & L Heavy duty vitrified external designer floor tiles, parking tiles etc any colour, shape and size upto the area of 0.18 sqm each tile thick , set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed flush with grey cement and pigments to match colour of tiles in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided with mechanical concrete breaker and removing of debris out of MOD land complete

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers ( any colour and design as approved by GE), under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 white cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15 mm white cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone (white) chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.(Payment for providing grooves shall be made seprately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer -in -Charge.

M&L for prepration of new plaster wall surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.
