Providing and fixing HT steel tubular poles swaged type pole filled with base plate. Pole designation 410 - SP 33.9 Mtr. Height cap on top with base coat painting of red oxide and two coats of silver white paint. The execution of pole pit up to 5Ft. Deep & refilling the same after erection of pole. Cement hottoming of steel tubular poles, 2'x2'x6' in the ratio of 1:3:6 mix. (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone 40mm nominal size), The foundation block shall be laid 5' below ground level and 1' above ground level with surface with 1 rnruo thick cement plaster in mix. (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing aluminiium conductor 0.05 Sq inch ACSR (Rabbit).

Providing and fixing of MS channel cross arm 9 ft. 100mm x 50mm x 50mm (63mm thick) having base coat of red oxide and two coats of silver white paint with holes drilled as required with 50x50x6mm angle iron bracket complete with 50 x6mm MS flat iron clamps & nuts, bolts etc.

Providing and fixing MS channel cross arm 5' long 75mm x 40mm x 40mm (6mm thick) having base coal of red oxide and two coast of silver white paint with holes drilled as required with brasses.

Providing and fixing MS flat iron braces 1 mtr long 50 x 6mm having base coal of red oxide and two coast of silver white paint with holes drilled as required.

Providing and fixing of 11 kv polymer pin insulators (complete job)

Providing and fixing of 11 kv strain type disc insulators with pins (complete job)

Providing and fixing of Nuts, Bolts & washers of different sizes as required (complete job)

Providing and fixing of guy set (galvanized) assembly with 19/20mm dia 1.8 mtr. Stay Rod, Anchor plate size 45cm x 45cm x 7.5mm thimble stay clamps, turnbuckle (20mm x 60cm) dia GI stay wire, guy rod & other related items. Foundation in cement concrete block 1:3:6 ratio including excavation refilling etc., as required (complete job)

Providing and fixing of No. 8 SWG GI wire for guard netting and earthing of poles as per REC J-1

Providing and fixing of galvanized anti-climbng devices on HT poles at a height of 2.5 Mtr. above ground level (bared wire 3.5 kg) with 4 No.'s MS clamps for each pole.

Providing and fixing of danger plates on HT poles at a height of 2.5 Mtr. above ground level.

Providing and fixing of 75mm x 6mm angle support for holding 11kv pin insulators on top of HT poles.

Providing and fixing of link set 400 Amp..
