REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF LT CABLE, PANEL IN JCO OR MD ACCN, MESS AND SINGLE LIVING AREA UNDER GE UTILITY BATHINDA.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying XLPE, LT Cable of size 185 Sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathening of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel wire and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 cm x 15 cm size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection including fitting with flat iron clamps of size 25 mm x 4 mm, nuts, bolts & washers fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge .

All as per sreial item No. 10 above but for GI pipe of 50 mm bore light grade.

M&L for earthing complete with Galvanized Iron electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including GIr strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc, made of GI and connected to test point and earth dully all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and specified or indicated including excavation and earthwork in any type of Soil PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 in chamber, precast RCC 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM (Weight not less than 4.00 Kg/Square metre) with PCC frame, funnel with wire mesh, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, lugs, 40 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, test point etc. including demolition of old existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost up to 7.5 metre GI earth lead.

M&L for PVC sleeve of suitable size heat shrinkable type suitable for insulation of copper/ aluminium strip of any size complete all as directed.

M&L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including, 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex, head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un- reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV type 1 Flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing for laying Galvanised steel light grade pipe upto 100 mm dia including all fittings as required at site by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as per existing surface completed all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The cost of Galvanised steel light grade pipe of size upto 100 mm dia shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing in repair MCCB 400 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts , 36KA, Ics=100% Icu conforming to IEC-60947-2, Adjustable Thermal (0.7 to 1 x In) and Fixed Magnetic Release, complete all as directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and electrically connecting in repair LT panel Board of suitable size CPRI approved ,415 volts factory made dust proof vermin for out door type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick except inner sheath of 2 mm LT Panel internally and externally shall be painted with expoxy powder coating paint & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish. machine pressed both side opening in two halves with rubber beading including Copper bus bar of 640 amp capacity 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulator bus bar chamber shall be provided with inspection covers , each MCCB /cubical switch shall have be indipendent opening panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made of angle of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm frame including lifting arrangement and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of red oxide primer grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) including all connections to MCCBs incoming/outgoing with suitable size of Copper bus bar comprising of following accessories including testing and including taking out old existing unserviceable one complete all as directed. (i) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 400 Amp rating with breaking capacity 36 KA, adjustable thermal 70-100%-and fixed magnetic setting lcs = 100% lcu- 01 No. (incoming) . (ii) MCCB 4 pole 415 volts 100 Amp rating with breaking capacity 25 KA, adjustable thermal 70-100%-and fixed magnetic setting lcs = 100% lcu = 10 Nos. (outgoing) (iii) Spare pocket for fixing of 01 No. MCCB with separate compartment - 01 No (iv) Multifunction meter for measuring ampere,voltage, frequency & CTs of suitable ratio etc complete - 1 No (iv) Indicator lamp R,Y,B = 01 Set of three Note : The make of CRCA sheet shall be of TATA / SAIL/ RINL/ JINDAL. M&L for Re-routing/Rearranging of existing cable of any type and any size on wall,floor, roof, ground etc a using clips of different sizes and make it presentable condition as per direction of Engr-in charge.

Construction of earthing chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm with wall thickness 50 mm with necessary earth work ,PCC and form work required with smooth surface of earth pit and cover including demolition of old existing one comple all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous porcelain insulators on walls/ roofs in existing AL/Cu strip of any size complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for taking out carefully by opening all the connection of ACB of any type and rating overhauling the same by opening of front cover, blowing of dust, cleaning of terminals, oiling on mechanical moving parts and replace the defective parts like spring charge mechanism, handle, push button, LCD display, racking interlock, spring charge indication, terminal adapter, isolating and fixed contact etc and make it functional including testing after assembling and connecting to same panel to entire satisfaction of Engr-in charge.
