Material and labour Aluminium powder coated snap grid false ceiling using standard aluminium sections of size 38mm x 25mm x 1.5mm as in wall angle, 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm as in Main/ Cross Tees and grid of size 605 x 605mm suspended with 4mm dia. GI wire at intervals n.exc. 600mm centre to centre and fixed to roof truss with suitable size MS hooks and fastening bolts etc. including 'E' board classic designer (Cascade or Ocenic) of M/s Everest or equivalent as approved by GE, 4mm thick fibre cement plain building ceiling boards of size 600mm x 600mm fixed with clips to aluminium snap grid all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bituminous felt including plastered lime or cement concrete of any thickness and cleaning of the surface of roof trenches including flushing and junction parapets kerb walls PCC fillets benching etc with wire brushes and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exc 500mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below all as specified and directed :-

(a) M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets finished even and smooth without using extra cement

(b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer.

(c) M&L Applying bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Lit/sqm.

(d) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed.

(e) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the leakages / seepages / defects, if any, to the entire satisfaction of GE.

(f) M&L finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 liter/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

(g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

(h) Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following before and during progress of water proofing work:- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result, if tested in any of the independent laboratory or testing if ordered by GE, the testing charges shall however shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply only water proofing compound

Cutting into old masonry to form toothing and bonding into new brick or stone including making good in cement mortar.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed.

(a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc.

(b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (“ Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or eqvt).

(c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner.

(d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2.

(g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete;

M&L machine cut Kota stone of size 600mm x 450mm flooring (or near size available) and 20 to 25 mm thick; laid, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade of Kota stone as in floor etc. including rubbing and mirror polishing complete; laid over and including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepolished machine cut Kota stone 20 to 25mm thick single piece as in treads of steps/staircase etc and of size as required at site, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of kota stone slab laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed/backing coat in CM 1:4. (Note: Kota stone shall be provided with bull nosing for tread slab & 2 Nos of 5mm thick anti skid grooves at one edge all as directed)

M&L matt finish ceramic coloured tiles of size 600mm x 600mm and 9 to 10 mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L matt finish ceramic coloured tiles as in skirting using Non skid ceramic tiles of size 600mm x 600mm and 9 to 10 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 10mm thick backing coat of cement mortar 1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting all as specified.

M&L Non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 400mm x 400mm and 7 to 8mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick of approved colour as in dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of dado all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete fixed in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening arrngment wherever required complete as directed.
