M&L for PCC(1:2:4) type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded Brocken Stone Aggregate) in padding and average thickness 50mm with using water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement complete all as specified and diected. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L for rendering in 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) including mixing with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour prepartion of new plastered surface by vacuum based sanding machine and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered / concrete surfaces by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles completed all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Old size Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 completed all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on Brick works or concrete surface other than fair face of brick-work in 1:6 and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls including washing down, rubbing down and preparing the surface by vacuum based sanding machine and applying antifungal treatement as required and applying two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as per manufacturer instruction and filling crack with crack seal or white cement and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+8 height etc complete all as directed. Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M&L for complete removal of existing surfaces including washing / rubbing down with water of wall and preparing the surface by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion/ emulsion over coat of alkali resistant primer including chalk whiting over one coat wall care putty, using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings as required at site etc complete and as directed Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of any description applying two coat of White wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding,removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over screed bed 15mm in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing with mirror polish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
