M&L for dismantling of old ducting of any type and shape including all accessories viz. Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket etc complete in all respect as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 24 Gauge. Note : All the joints,cuttings and accessories used in the work is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation and including (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr. (d) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium fol tape 50 m wide to make the insulation leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for maint of 200TR capacity cooling tower, Maintenance work include cleaning of cooling tower by removing scale and sludge formation, oiling & greesing of moving parts, replacement of PVC fills, replacement of other defective parts like sprinkler head, drift eliminator, tension devices etc as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Parts replaced will be measured and paid separately under respective item as supply only)

Supply only PVC drift eliminator as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC sprinkler pipe with end cap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only tension devices viz. tie rod, turn buckle and clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pipe louvre complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cast steel bolted 'POT' strainer OF SIZE 150 mm dia with standard flange end including necessary accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC fills of cooling tower of size 600mm x 300mm x 150mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete electrical internal wiring of AHU contol panel in repair all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
