Taking down copper/ aluminum point wiring (Light/Fan/Socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces to walls floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the sub main wiring of any dia / sq mm on teak wood batten / PVC conduit GI earth wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing point wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated single core 1100 volts grade & with one run of 1.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 Volts grade wire for continuous earthing complete in and including PVC casing and caping with all fittings/fixture etc and open type Plastic Enclosure( Plastic Switch Board ) ISI Marked for housing switches / sockets all a specified and directed for the following:-

One light / fan / bell point controlled by one switch.

One 5A 2pin/3pin socket out let multipurpose on the same board with other switches.

One 5A 2pin/3pin switch socket out let multipurpose on independent Board.

All as per item No. 03 above but wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm for 3 pin 15A socket multipurpose on independent board complete all as specified and as directed

S&Fix in replacement wall mounted outdoor type double door LT Panel made out of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet, the panel shall be provided with flame proof MCB DB made out of Cast aluminium alloy LM6, inside and out side light gray epoxy powder coating shade, with 1 No cable entry for incoming cable and three Nos cable entry for out going circuits with and including cable gland and stopping plug, 1 No MCB SPN 32 Amp as incoming and 3 Nos MCB SP6 Amps for out going connections IP 65 protection as per IS 2147/1962. The panel shall be powder coated, front openable and locakable with key and shall be fabricated from CPRI approved manufacture complete all as specified and as directed Note - The contractor shall submit the Layout Drawing of Panel and got approved by GE before the panel fabrication

Taking down carefully ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall / pedestal fan of any make and any sweep and dismentaling of blades, canopy down rod etc & remove to store for repair. Opening of body cleaning of slots, Rewinding of fan by super ennameled copper insulated wire as per existing gauge, varnishing, heating assembling and testing complete & Refix the same including provision of 3 core 0.5 sq mm copper flexiable cable from ceiling rose to connector, including replacing of spares such as capacitor, bearing, painting of fan complete all as specified and as directed

Note for item No. 13 to 29 These items shal be operated along with point wiring and shall be operated gainst replacemnt of defects in switch board and also includes cost of openingof existing switch board/ Box, unscrewing of defective switches, sockets, regulator, bell push and replacing with new one & includes replacing of burnt wire inside the switch box

Note : (i) The contractor shall depute atleast 2 electrician and 2 helper for for rectification of complaints, Contractor shall ensure sufficient store is available for rectification of complaint the same day. Contactor/ rep of contractor shall submit daily feedback to JE or Power house incharge regarding each complaint. Contractor shall depute additional manpower if No. of complaint increases or direction from Engr-In-Charge is recieved for same.
