Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceilings tiles at all hieghts of size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern, the tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity K = 0.052 (-) 0.057 w/m k, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 & 7) in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round gavanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15 x 35 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 600 x 600 mm suspended from celing using galvazied mild steel item (galvanizedd @ 80 gsm) 50 mm long 8 mm outerdiameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85 x 25 x 2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre of centre along main 'T'. The suystem should rest on periphery walls/partitions with the heop of GI perimeter wall angle of wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all hieghts, The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. with or without groves (HSR 13.92)

Providing and fixing vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm of approved make in flooring laid in any patterns as specified over base of 20 mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles {HSR 14.89} Notes: i. Tile shall be premium quality (first quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA, SOMANI, ORIENT BELL, JOHNSONS, RAK & SIMPOLO. ii. Tiles shall be fixed by using PVC spacers of required size and the space between tiles shall be filled up with cement based grout of approved make & colour. Nothing extra shall be paid for this.

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead , linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete (HSR 16.1)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, knotting and stopping, etc. (HSR 16.2)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade (HSR 16.3)

Commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash ,etc.,(non coniferous timber other than teak conforming to I.S. specification No. 1003 kiln seasoned), shutters with vertical styles and rails, as specified in the statement No.1 ( attached in the end of this chapter) , with two Nos. plywood panels of the specified thickness, mentioned below , tongued and grooved including the cost of iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats, stops ,etc. ,complete fixed in position excluding the cost of tower bolts and handles but including the labour for fixing the same- (HSR 17.30(a)) (a) 35 mm thick (12 mm thick BWR Grade-II ply wood panel) Note: Nothing shall be paid extra for additional vertical style (any size) if required by the Architect or by the Engineer-in-Charge)

Proving and fixing 35 mm thick glazed door and windows shutters of commercial hard wood such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc. ( non-coniferous timber other than teak confirming to I.S. specifications No. 1003 kiln seasoned), with vertical styles and rails, as specified in the statement no.1 ( attached in the end of this chapter), with glass panes of 4 mm thickness , tongued and grooved including the cost of iron hinges , screws, chocks/cleats, stops , etc., complete fixed in position excluding the cost of tower bolt and handles but including the labour for fixing the same (Based on 17.30 (a) + 17.24(c)} (a) 35 mm thick ( 4 mm thick glass panes)

Providing and fixing Aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS;733 and IS; 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom, and sides with required neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete. (HSR 17.95+note) Fixed portion (Powered Coated Aluminium sections dyed to required shade according to IS;1868, minimum power coating 50 micron )

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS; 733 and IS;1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom, and sides with required neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free straight mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including clear angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, etc. complete. Factory manufactured solid flush door shutters, with block board core as per I.S. No. 1659-1969 bonded with water proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot-pressed, conforming to I.S. 2202 part I and II, fixed in position, including iron hinges, screws, chocks/cleats and stops, etc., (excluding the cost of any fittings other than specified above, but including labour for fixing the same in position)- (a) commercial veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneer on both sides commercial facing with laminated core and lipped edges :-{HSR 17.93(a)(iii)} (iii) 35 mm thick

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, windows, ventilator shutter and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic items). {HSR 17.98(b)} (b) With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS; 6315 marked for doors including cost of cutting floors as required embedding in floors and cover plats with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box. (HSR 17.99} (a) With Stainless Steel cover plate.

Providing fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with screws etc. complete. {HSR 17.102(i)} (i) Anodized (AC-15) Aluminium.

Racking out joints in cement mortar (making zhiri in existing tile terracing) uprooting the grass and preparing the surface for re-pointing including disposal of rubbish with an average lead of 2 K.M. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (NS)

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick wood polymer celluka board (ISI mark), of approved make for cabinets shutter finished both sides with 1mm thick plastic laminated sheet (ISI mark) of approved make, shade and colour including hinges and screws, etc., fixed in position, complete in all respects as per drawing and design.
