S&F of 35 mm thick 2nd class hardwood (hollock) factory made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauge etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24(a) complete. The shutter shall be fitted to chowkhat as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of 30mm thick factory made PVC factory made PVC rigid foam panelled door shutter made out MS square tube of min 19 gauge thickness and min 19mmx19mm for styles and 15mmx15mm for top and bottom rails MS frames to be given a coat of steel primer of approved make MS tube to be covered by PVC sections as under:-

(a) Styles -`C' channels of thickness 5mm (min) size 30x75mm

(b) Top rail 5mm (min) thickness 75mm widesheet on either side and 5mm x20mm cross PVC sheet.

(c) Bottom rail-5mm thick (min) x125mm wide sheet on either side and 5mmx20mm cross PVC sheet.

(e) The fixing of PVC Doors shall be all as per manufacturers instructions and directed.

M&L for painting new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one shop coat of zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces. etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay and handle including one shop coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered surface of the walls and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper of any tint including over a coat of wall care putty finished smooth on plastered and other services, preparatory to distempering on wall. etc complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on wall etc. complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces of wall and and applying two coats of cement base paint .etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of exceeding 100 m but not exceeding 5 Km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading and stacking at the destination etc complete all as specified and directed.

Water proofing treatment shall be carried out as under :-

(a) Cutting or uprooting grass on old mud phuska removing rubbish off the promises cleaning surface and preparing to receive new treatment etc complete all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) M&L for preparing surfaces for roof treatment by removing all loose gravel, dirt, oil, grease and foreign matter by jet of dry air and clean the surfaces mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application, repair all cracks by cutting "V" groove and fill with PMC mortar (Polymer modified cement mortar) prepared in ratio as per manufacturers specification, provide 75 mm x 75 mm coving made out of PMC mortar as above on all joints of vertical upstands to ensure that moisture content in the prepared surface does not exceed 5% immediately before application of liquid membrane. Material incorporation & Protection be provided as terrasheild first apply with water (ratio terrasheild : water will be 4:1) as primer with coverage area 0.1 Kg per Sqm. After 2-3 hour later, second step apply directly first coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm with roller. Spread non woven geo textile of 40 / 50 gsm with overlap of 50 mm in both direction when the surface is still tacky. After 4-6 hour later, apply third step apply directly second coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm with roller. final thickness of complete treatment should be minimum 1.0 mm. Water tank and Khurra location one additional coat of terrasheild 0.30 to 0.40 mm thickness coverage area 0.5 to 0.75 Kg per Sqm be provided. after complete application full curing minimum 7 days . Above complete application will be done authorized apllicator from Manufacturer and manufacturer's specification. Make of IWL / STP/Pidilite or equivalent. Note:-WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

(d) M&L for 50mm thick PCC type B-0,( 1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification with galvanised chicken wire mesh ensuring a gradient min 1:80 towards drain. After the application of screed, provide contol joints along the length and breadth of entire screed area. The joints can be provided by using a saw cutting machine attached with a 3 mm blade. The joints will be 12 mm deep. 28-30 days later the joints shall be filled with elastomeric sealant as per manufacture’s instruction.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

Drilling and fixing 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, re-bars not exceeding 500mm in length by mechanical means such as ‘fischer/Hilti’ system or equivalent etc complete all as per specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only bars for reinforcement in available lengths TMT bars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiling to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450mm x 350mm, 7mm thick over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in CM (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic tiles(coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cill, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including including 20mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:6 all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for providing of 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor etc finished fair & even all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge,
