Laying of Water Transmission Arrangment (WTA).

Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per designed section & alignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc) upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soils including removing, spreading or stacking extra earth as directed.The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete. [Vide Page no.14 , item no.1 (2.10) of Chapter-VI of WRDD Schedule 2018]

Laying of UPVC pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve/ straight line including using UPVC fittings, Viz. Horizontal and Vertical Bends, riser pipes, Tee, Reducer etc.and making leak proof joints with couplers after roghening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipes, fittings and solvent cement to be supplied by deptt.) all complete as per direction of Engineer-In- charge. [Vide Page no.14 , item no.1(A) (2.20) of Chapter-VI of WRDD Schedule 2018] i)315 mm OD

Earth work in filling in trenches after laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc) or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 225 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work). [Vide Page no.14 , item no.2 (2.10) of Chapter-VI of WRDD Schedule 2018]

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. [Vide Page no.1, item no.2(a)(Sec-1.A) of PWD Schedule(Vol-I) 2017] (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) [Vide Page no.1, item no.3(a)(Sec-1.A) of PWD Schedule(Vol-I ) 2017] (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. as directed and consolidating same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete, including the cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity) [Vide Page no.2, item no.4(A)(Sec-1.A) of PWD Schedule(Vol-I) 2017 ,5th CORRIGENDA & ADDENDA]

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand. [Vide Page no.1, Sl no.1 of PWD Schedule(Vol-I) 2017, 3rd CORRIGENDA & ADDENDA]

Ordinary Cement Concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm. normal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor. as per relevent IS Code. a) Pakur Variety [Vide Page no.10, Sl no.27 of PWD Schedule(Vol-I ) 2017, 3rd CORRIGENDA & ADDENDA]

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor) [When the height of a particular floor is more than 4 m the equivalent floor height shall be taken as 4 m and extra for works beyond the initial 4 m ht.shall be allowed under 12 (e) for every 4 m or part thereof] (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-in-charge. Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints, including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] [Vide Page no.49, Sl no. 1 of PWD Schedule, 3rd CORRIGENDA & ADDENDA] (ii) with (1:4) cement mortar, (b) 15 mm. thick plaster

Labour Charges for fitting, fixing and laying, where necessary of following M.S / G.I. / E.R.W. pipes and accessories (to be supplied departmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing and making leak-proof threaded / flanged joint at site, by using socket / rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. maintaining proper alignment and level - all complete - as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [Vide Page no.14 , item no.2 (2.20) of Chapter-VI of WRDD Schedule 2018] (i)(a) 150 mm. dia. ERW pipe.

Labour charges for fitting, fixing150 mm. Dia. Alfa-Alfa valve with 160mm. dia. P.V.C. riser pipe with the help of flanged P.V.C. tail-piece by joining the P.V.C. End of Tail-piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of Tail-piece and Alfa-Alfa valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete. [Vide Page no.15 , item no.3(2.20) of Chapter-VI of WRDD Schedule 2018]

Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of sign board for identifing the exact location of Major RLI scheme (one at road side and other at site) the board will be made of 3 mm thick MS plate of size 300 mm × 600 mm and fitted and fixed on 50 mm GI Pipe of IS 1239/90 (part-1) including cutting, welding and writting of both sides of Sign board. Base - Yellow, and words Red. Both bottom end of the stands pipe will be grouted in 1:2:4 CC on a single brick flat soling. This will include materials and labour complete as per drawing and direction of EIC. [Vide Page no.17 , item no.17 (2.20) of Chapter-VI of WRDD Schedule 2018]

Installation / Erection of SurgeTank / Shore manifold (to be supplied from Deptt. free of cost) over a rigid base of ordinary cement concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20mm. nominal size) of pakur varity of 1250 mm X 1250 Each 2263.08 mm X 150 mm. over a single layer of brick flat soling and embedding the legs of the surge tank/shore manifold within the concrete base including cost of all materials and labour and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(VIDE P NO-18, ITEM NO-5, WRDDSchedule 2018)

Testing of pipe line system against leakages by filling the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line net work for at least 4 (four) hours by running the departmental Diesel Engine pumping set, including supplying necessary fuels & lubricants and hiring and transporting tools and plants all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. i) For Major R.L.I. [Vide Page no.16 , item no.7(b) (2.20) of Chapter-VI of WRDD Schedule 2018]
