Excavating over area not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Excavating over area for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m in hard/dense soil.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in retaining wall, abutments and similar work in CM 1:6.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone agg) as in bond stone and coping.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing with maximum depression from straight edge held against the dressed surface to face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding .38 sqm, in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade. S&F 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description, not other wise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing
