Servicing of Hot Water Generators (AMW-03) and Steam Boiler Stematic (SG-01) including periodical servicing of each boiler at every month and overhauling of each boiler twice in a year with necessary minor repairs required if any for trouble free functioning comprising the maintenance work such as arresting of oil/fuel/water leakage if any ,cleaning the boiler to maximize its efficiency should remove the debris and residue from the combustion chamber (fire box) as well checking all the electrical connections , checking of oil/water pressure and oil/water level, temperature, RPM, in put voltage , replacement of the rubber bush, checking electrical parameters of the starter and circulator pumps , checking of Heat exchanger,Expansion tank,Burner,backflow valve, supply line and return lines etc complete including replacement of the unserviceable parts parts during servicing if required of the followings:-

Note:- (i) Unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Servicing will be carried out through rep of M/s Micromeg Enterprises Pvt Ltd or any authorised agency of OEM or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Servicing will be carried out at every month or whenever required or as directed by Engr-In-Charge within 48 hrs of requirement otherwise recovery per day shall be made against the repective item at the rate quoated by the contractor.

Servicing of fire fighting Panel and fire alarm network system at every three months or as required complete comprising for checking/ tighteting of connections for Hose reel,Hydrant valve,smoke detector, alarm panels, Hooter, MCP, Fire pumps (Hydrant & sprinkler , Jockey pump set, Diesel pump set, fire control alarm panel) to provide services by professional technician of fire safety norms of the systems,including replacement of unseviceable parts like sprinker, Smoke detectors , control wire etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separatetly, however minor items likes clamps, tapes & T&P will be provided by contractor without any extra cost . (ii) Servicing will be carried out through rep of M/s A K Fire Engineering or any authorised agency or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) In case of any urgency of related to Fire work, the complaint will be attended with in 24 Hrs or as directed by Engr-In-Charge otherwise recovery per day shall be made against the item with the rate of quoated by the contractor.

Servicing of Air Handling Unit (AHU) & HVAC unit (OT's) & Fan Coil Unit (FCU) comprising checking of AHU's/ FCU's Motors, Fan belt, Thermostate, humidistate, dampers,starter, blower fan, Actuator, pressure gauge , control wiring etc for each AHU's/ FCU's and including cleaning of filters with minor repairs as per site if any for trouble free functioning comprising the maintenance work such as arresting any leakage of water from pipe line ,Air from ducts, greasing/ oiling of electrical drives, bush/ bearing as well as checking/ tightening of all the electrical connections , temperature, RPM, in put voltage , vibration, allignment, Heat exchanger , , Actuator/ valves, cleaning of Y- strainer by draning out of water from pipe line , to remove any particles from inside of supply/ return pipe lines etc and making trouble free complete all as specified and directed of followings:- Note:- Spare parts will be paid seperately. Supply and fixing of Engine control relay (EC-2) as per existing for Auto Start/Stop DG set with auxillery vaoltage 24 V DC or 230 Volt AC incl complete installation in panel, with connections and testing as per instruction from OEM all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Make: C&S , CG, ABB or Siemens. Note :(i) Relay will be fixed in existing panel incl cutting , welding, drilling or any other suitable means or will be fixed in separate cabinet without any extra cost to department (ii) All type of wires required for proper connection will be provided by contractor without any extra cost to department. Supply and fixing change over switches 4 pole 400 Amps , 415 volts in sheet metal enclosure incl fixing on wall/LT panel/any other surface using nut/bolts/Anchor fastners and dismantling and taking down old unser switch/MCB/MCCB/DB as available on site any type any size complete all as specified and directed.
