Preparation of roof top surface, providing and applying UV stable single component smart care damp proof ultra is a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylics fibre and having SRI of 106 on top of concrete roof surface in three coats incl self primer at ratio of damp proof and water 3:1 and coverage @ 1 Ltr/10 Sqm with a thickness of 650 micron. Note :- 6 Hrs interval between two coats will be maintain & the work will be carried out through company applicator duly get approved from Accepting officer in writing before incorpotion and paid only after receiving of the warrenty certificate from the company. Make:- Dr Fixit, Asian Paint or equivalent as approved by GE.
