PROVISION OF GEYSERS, EXHAUST FANS AND CEILING FANS AT CERTAIN MD ACCN AND PROVN OF ANTI SUICIDE FAN RODS FOR CERTAIN SMQs AT AFS HAKIMPET UNDER GE (AF) HAKIMPET

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with inner tank made of ultra thixk super cold rolled steel plates and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece(hot and cold water connection pipe) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Havells Monza DX or equivalent of Bajaj or Crompton

Supply and fix Exhaust fan, steel body, AC Single phase 230 V of size 300 mm sweep with blades, and frame and louvers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Bajaj/Orient/Khaithan/Havells

Supply and fix ceiling fans, complete with three blade, down rod, accessories 230V, 1200mm sweep, with Squirrel cage induction motor, BEE 5 Star rating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Bajaj/Orient/Khaithan

M&L for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC conduit / casing and capping of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs as directed / site requirement with sunken type pressed steel terminal box and junction boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size modular white colour cover plate with frame (a) One light / exhaust fan / ceiling fan point controlled by one, one way switch

All as per item No. 4 here-in-before but with 4 sq mm size FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core stranded (Multistrand) copper conductor cable for earth plug socket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite 63.5 x 20 mm, three terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular switch 6 Amp, one way, 1 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs earth plug and socket, single pole, neutral sheet metal enclosures with a two pin, plug and socket 20Amp, 240 volts with and including one MCB, SP, 20A, 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stop valve of dia 20 mm with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix bib tap of dia 20 mm cast iron alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwd for iron pipe to outlet pipe of geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix of any length GI pipe of dia 15 mm dia including connection sockets, elbow and tee for connecting pipes etc and connecting pipe to inlet and outlet of the geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for cutting round holes suitable for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300 mm into through stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required and plastering in CM 1:4 external / internal surfaces and finished to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting round holes suitable for fixing of exhaust fan of size 300 mm mm into through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required and plastering in CM 1:4 external / internal surfaces and finished to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down ceiling fans of any size, any make fixed/hanged at different location in AFS Hakimpet, dismantling the fan complete cleaning and re-assembling the same including replacing anti suicide down rods, split spins flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 twin core, 70 cm long and refixing the ceiling fan on the same location in original position, testing and commissioning of fan for smooth running, as per entire satisfaction and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Quoted rate by tenderer of any item of the schedule is inclusive of taking down the ceiling fans from the position and re-fixing/hanging in position connecting and testing complete. (ii) Anti suicide down rods replacement of spares shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (iii) Old MS down rod to be deposited at AGE E/M store yard.

Supply and fixing of unserviceable rubber bush with clamping set, GI nut bolts and split pin with new one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply 12" gold life smart down rod (Anti suicide fan rod) MS pipe zinc plated, 19mm OD, 1.8+/- 0.05mm thick, spring set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kgf + and spring hidden in pipe will expand to about 1 mtr or more, white colour for ceiling fans of any size with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply 18" gold life smart down rod (Anti suicide fan rod) MS pipe zinc plated, 19mm OD, 1.8+/- 0.05mm thick, spring set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kgf + and spring hidden in pipe will expand to about 1 mtr or more, white colour for ceiling fans of any size with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
