MAINT AND REPAIRS TO COOLING APPLIANCES VOLTAGE STABILIZERS AND CONNECTED ITEMS

Attending day to day complaints pertains to cooling appliances of any capacity/make/size/type for Split ACs, refrigerators, water coolers, Deep freezers of any capacity, by deploying one High skilled mechanic and one helper for, identifying/rectifiying any type of faults, repairing / replacing unserviceable parts, replacing the drain pipe (PVC ) and overflow pipe(PVC) checking/dressing up of electrical wirings/ circuits etc wherever necessary to keep the cooling appliances in good working condition including top up of refrigerant gas up to required pressure all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Spare parts required for replacement shall be meauseured and paid for seperately under respective items under supply only items. (ii) The contractor’s refrigerator mech/ Technician alongwith T&P should be made available immediately when ever his services are required to rectify any nature of fault. (iii) Contractor/his Technician has to obtain complaints from MES office at 0900 Hrs daily and complaint should be rectfied within 24 Hrs and not more than 72 Hrs, If contractor fails to rectify complaint within 72 Hrs then the amount recovered shall be double of quoted rate for per complaint. (iv) Contractor has to provide register for maintaining records of maintenance carried out and it is the responsibility of the contractor to get the signature of user & JE/Engineer-in-charge on the register for carrying out maintenance. The register shall be maintained and to be produced to Enginner-in-Charge whenever demanded. (v) Minor parts such as nut , bolts, washers, shall deemed to be included in rate quoted by the contractor and nothing shall be paid on this account.

Material and labour for dismantling indoor/out door unit of air conditioner from its postion in any situation and height and all conected items kept with safe custody, opening of indoor/out door assembly complete, servicing and maintenance of cooling appliances including cleaning of indoor/outdoor units with water including soup solution by using pressure jet pump , cleaning of Air filter and air outlet grills with a soft dry cloth, cleaning of air inlet (use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the air inlet), cooling coil , condenser coil (using water jet pump), oiling to fan motor, cleaning of compressor etc, fan motor/blower motor, wiping with dry cloth reassamble the AC units, refixing the same in exsisting position and testing of airconditioner with proper function with out leak free all as directed

Material and labour for mechanically leak testing of split AC indoor/outdoor unit of capacity 1.0/1.5/2.0/3.0 TR including filling of nitrogen gas for pressure testing,finding leak, brazing of leaked copper pipes, including gas (Refrigerant) charging upto the required pressure, testing after job done for proper functioning complete including rexing the same in existing position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(Guarntee shall be given for a period of six months)

Supply only factory harmatically sealed compressor unit of Spli AC 1.0 ton capacity including initial charged of gas and oil complete as per existing specification and make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note: Fixing under item No.1). Make: Gmcc/ Kirloskar Copland/ Carrier/ Goderej/ Bluestar/ Toshiba

Supply only Fan blade suitable for out door unit of split type AC 1/1.5/2.0 Ton capacity. ( Note: Fixing under item No.1). (Make : Universal/GE Motors or equivalent) all as per sample.

Supply only Fan motor 1440 RPM suitable for out door unit of split type AC, 1.0/ 1.5 T.R capacity. ( Note: Fixing under item No.1). Make: AE/ American universal/ Carrier/Amtrex/Bluestar/ Fedders lloyed/Videocon/Hitachi etc. all as per sample.
