REPAIR TO PERIMETER SECURITY LIGHTS WATCH TOWER AND SOLAR LIGHT AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 1.50 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable, erection of poles etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches exc. 1.50 m wide and not exc. 3 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cable, erection of poles etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in stays and coping of poles including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable steel poles/struts of any size and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting & fixing in replacement in steel tubular pole swaged ,type 410 SP 31 in true vertical position, pole conforming to IS-1678 of 9Mtr long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filing in alternate layers etc and connected to and including galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm upto 7.5 mtr by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and protected by light grade 20 mm dia GI pipe connected to main control board and GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, charcoal salt etc RCC pit cover flush to earth pit 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100mmC/C and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including excavation and earthwork disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 metre) and testing after completion shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective street/security light fittings from height upto 9 mtr of any capacity or wattage (70/150/250/400 HPMV/HPSV/Metal Halide or T5 lamp/1x36 watt T/L/1x36 watt CFL types fittings) ,LED fittings from pole/bldg for repairs and refixing the same/other location ,defective accessories like PVC insulated sheathed copper conductor etc.or replacing fitting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Scope of work does not include the spares and it will be measured and paid for separately under respective items:- (b) Cost of the electronic drivers and Surge protection Device (SPD) will be paid for separately as supply only. (c) Scope of work includes for minor stores i.e. pvc insulation tapes, screws, insulation sleeves, nuts, bolts, washers and flexible cable 23/0.0076 (for internal wiring) etc as required at site. (d) The work site also covers complete area of Zone ‘C’.
