Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 M wide and not exc 1.5 M in depth for pipe line, etc in soft/ loose soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm thick soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (Soils) from site to a distance not exc 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up Ductile Iron/Cement pipe of size 150 mm water mains (including all fittings) with spigot & socket ends and lead/tyton joints including burning out lead joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of 150 mm DI Pipe as per IS 8329, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches including Rubber Gasket Joint (tyton joint) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Joints shall be measured and paid separetely

Material and labour for DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs up to 150 mm bore confirming to IS: 9523 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Run lead joint including jointing material for Existing CI/DI pipe upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying of GI pipe medium grade 50mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches in new position including taking down old unsv GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing cast Iron Sluice Valve of 150mm, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, Confirming to IS 14846-2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top including taking out old unsv sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Material and labour for CI Non return valve without by pass arrangement of size 150mm confirming to IS-5312 Part-I PN 1.0 incl nuts, bolts washers and gaskets incl taking out old UNSV NRV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of flanged ends Water Meter 150 mm bore ISI marked IS:2373 woltman type, Class 'B' of following sizes and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts fixing in horizontal/ inclind/vertical position, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Flange joints including jointing materials shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing butterfly valve (wafer type) of sizes as under, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, PD Short body, including taking out unsv butterfly valve complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.

Supplying, laying, jointing, welding & testing MS ERW Pipe (Heavy duty class 'C') IS : 3589 min thickness 8 mm laid in trenches or on floors for connections to centrifugal pump sets for suction, pump to header and to connect out going water main CI/DI/GI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- MS Flanges and Flange joints complete with jointing materials shall be included.

Note : HDPE PIPE OF SIZE 300 MM SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE UNIT RATE OF THIS ITEM.

An amount of Rs 49460.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
