Urgent providing of Galvulium sheets roofing with M.S Framework and other minor repair works to Govt. Quarter bldg. GPD-5 at Porvorim-Goa(6 FLATS).

Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mt. outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for under item 4001).

Dismantling tiled roofing (mangalore or pot or country tiles) with battens etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Dismantling of old plaster & cleaning of all concrete surfaces of roof slab including existing waterproofing treatment material along with any other protective screed to expose mother slab to recieve new waterproofing treatment layer etc complete as directed by engineer in charge up to floor 5 level.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material proportion recommended by the manufacturers.;12mm cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 sand)

Steel work welded (SAIL TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only)in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint.;In tees angles flats and channels

providing and fixing anchor fasteners bolt 100mm long & 12mm dia in framed work including drilling holes in MS plate and concrete etc. complete

Steel work in built up tubular (round square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) (Square Hollow Section (SHS) IS4923 /Rectangular Hollow Section (RHS) IS4923/ Circular Hollow Section (CHS) IS1161 closed Structural Steel of (SAIL TATA. VIZAG JSW APOLLO Steel Ltd.) make (Min Yeild Stress 310 Mpa)) trusses etc. including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.
