Quote tender as per item Description, Technical Specification/Drawing/Annexure and Make to be clearly mentioned and related documents must be uploaded at the time of bidding otherwise offer will be liable to be passed over.

a)Tender to quote as per aforesaid description and specification attached. b) Firm need to furnish past experience/CRN copy in Indian railway within one year for any type of printer. c) Make & Model with OEM certified/Factory Make Specification detail need to furnish in the offered document d) Installation at consignee location/unit office need to be arranged within the delivery period and the same need to submit in declaration format with the offered document. e) Firm need to submit in self certified letter head declaring the free service to be provided at consignee location if claimed within warranty period. Any shortfall in the above will be summarily rejected.

The firm Needs to supply at their own cost & delivery schedule to be handled at their own risk. Any damage or extra cost will not be involved except included in contract.

GC/WC certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery of material.
