CARRYING OUT THE EXTERNAL PAINTING WORKS AT ALL QUARTERS (TYPE-I,III,IV) AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT SAI,NSSC,BANGALORE

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm(external & internal) in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under,including cutting the patch in proper shape ,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground ,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Scraping and scarifying the existing wall surface to remove old paint, loose plaster, dirt, dust, and other foreign materials using manual tools such as scrapers, wire brushes, sandpaper, etc., to make the surface suitable for application of primer or paint. The work includes cleaning the surface thoroughly, minor surface preparation, and disposal of debris from the site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include all labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding if required, and complete surface preparation as per specifications.

Providing and fixing scaffolding system(cup lock type) on the exterior & interior side of buildings for all quaters upto 12 metre height above the ground level ,including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site ,made with 40 mm dia M.S tube ,placed 1.5metre centre to centre ,horizondal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S tubes M.S tube challis M.S clambs and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and or pointing or applying chemical and removing it thereafter ,including material supply ,erection lead and lift etc complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

22.14 Grading roof for water proofing treatment with 22.14.1 Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 12 or 20 mm nominal size. (Minimum thickness 50mm) with proper slope including cleaning of the existing surface and lead lift etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver blocks in footpath,parks,lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength,thickness & size/shape ,made by table vibratory method using PU mould,laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand,compacting and proper embdding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand.complete all as per direction of Engineer -in-Charge. 16.91.1 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern

16.69 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to required line,level and curvature ,jointed with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) ,including making drainage opeaning wherever required complete etc.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(lenght of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment).( Precast C.C kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer- in- Charge)

13.80 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm,of approved brand and manufacturer ,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even smooth and complete
