The bidder shall mandatorily conduct a site visit and submit a Site Survey Report detailing the inspection carried out, along with the inventory and condition of the materials identified for lifting/disposal. The duly signed Survey Report shall be submitted to the Office and the same shall also be uploaded in the e-procurement portal as part of the Technical Bid. Failure to submit the Survey Report may render the bid liable for rejection.

The bidder shall submit a Demand Draft (DD) of 2,000 in favour of the designated authority to the Office before the prescribed deadline. The acknowledgement/receipt issued by the Office confirming submission of the DD shall be mandatorily uploaded in the e-Procurement Portal as part of the Technical Bid. Failure to submit the DD or upload the corresponding acknowledgement shall render the bid liable for rejection.
