Providing and Placing in position Reading Tables where worktop shall be made of 25MM thick Medium Density Fibre Board (MDF). Understructure : Legs shall be fabricated by Argo Shield welding MS ERW Tube 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.2mm thk , 40 mm x 20mm x 1.2 mm thk with the base of the MS tube, fitted with a Glide plate 5mm thk HR over which shall be a straight M8 leveler, fitted with bottom translucent cap, which shall allow for adjustment of the height by 50mm, support brackets 3 mm thk HR shall be welded on top side of Leg for fixing top. Cross members shall be made from 50 mm x 25 mm x 1.2mm thk MS ERW Tube. Cross members shall be assembled by friction fit PDC joinery and Grub screws. All cross members shall be mounted at a distance of 165 mm from worktop sides. Cross connectors shall be fabricated by Argoshield welding 3mm thk HR plate at ends. Providing & placing in position panel & tile based workstation of size 1050x600x750mm with 52.4mm thick partition 1200mm height as main span and 22.8mm thick Fin panels as per the layout. Its construction is a unique combination of tiles and honey comb block ensures a sturdy gapless system with extensive wire management and easy accessibility to the inner frame. The panels are elevated from ground by 120mm with legs. The panels can be connected together with various post connectors in many geomatric configurations and support worktops via brackets and legs. A block of 52.4mm thick panel comprises of 38mm thick paper honeycomb + 3mm MDF on each sides + .6mm decorative laminate or fabric on both sides. Particle board framing is used on outer boundary of the blocks as well as intermedicately at locations forming conduit for passing cables. Panel vertical trims are made of aluminium extrusions. Providing and Placing in position Steel Almirah with overall size of 916 mm (W) x 486 mm (D) x 1980 mm (H) with welded construction. It should have the shelf thickness of 0.7 mm, Back thickness of 0.8mm, Door thickness of 0.8mm (high yield strength) and all other components shall have a thickness of 0.9mm. These components shall be made of CRCA ‘D’ grade high yield strength as per IS:513. It should have a Mazak handle and Three way locking mechanism with Shooting Bolts. The Worktop shall be made 18 mm thick MDF board with PU coating and 18+/-1 mm thick marine plywood with 0.6 mm thick backing laminate on bottom side. The worktop shall be be provided with a removable access lid for the electricals. The access lid shall be made using 12 mm thick corian (matt finish). Providing and placing in positon Chair for teachers lounge with overall size of 635 mm (W) x 630 mm (D) x 800 mm (H) and seat height of 455mm. The seat-back shall be made of 15mm plywood (as per IS:503) panels connected using brackets made from 3mm hot rolled steel plates (as per IS:2062) powder coated in epoxy polyester (DFT 40-60 microns), 25mm PU slab-stock foam is pasted onto the both sides of the shell and pinched together to achieve the radius along the periphery. The seat cushion is made using 50mm PU slab-stock foam and upholstred in leatherette. The understructure is made of FSC-certifed seasoned teakwood finhised with clear matt coat of PU lacquer. Shell is fined to the understructure using alloy-steel hardware (blackened and coated with rust preventive oil). Providing and Placing in position Stool for Teachers Lounge overall size of the stool shall be 450 W mm x 450 D mm x 453 H mm. The seat shall be made up of synthetic leather upholstered on PU slab stack foam of 6.5 +/- 0.5 cm. It shall be fitted to the upholstered wooden batten box by bolting from inside. Holding plate shall be made of HR steel of 0.3 +/- 0.02 cm thick and shall be bolted to the upholstered seat assembly. Seat size shall be 42 cm W x 42 cm D. It shall be a flip type stool & its casing shall be made of 1 +/- 0.02 cm thick MS Rod. It shall be powder coated 40-60 microns. Casing shall eb coated with nano coat to improve the abrasion resistance of the surface. Casing size shall be 440 W mm x 440 D mm x 375 H mm. Side panel of wooden box batten shall be made of 0.9 mm thick plywood. The 4 corners of the batten box shall be made of solid wood which forms the radius. Bottom portion of the batten box shall be covered with 1.2 cm thick rubberwood panel which shall be finished with a clear matt coat of PU lacquer. Sides of wooden batten box shall be upholstered with synthetic leather with the backing unit of PU slab stack foam of 0.6 cm. Upholstered wooden box can be flipped in the reverse way to use it as a desk surface by keeping it on the casing. Batten box size shall be 400 W mm x 400 D mm x 274 H mm.
