Replacement of existing tapestry and cushions of sofa set by replacing old unserviceable cushion with 40 density U-foam cushion (size as per drg) including providing long cloth lining for cushion, covered with tapestry cloth (as per sample available at BSO yard) and rate shall not less than ₹750/- per RM) of approved shade duly stiched in shape and provided with good quality nylon zip on one side for sofa set 5 seater for Set of 10 cushions.

REPAIRS TO CHAIR VERANDAH: DRG NO : FD-359 Note for item Nos 4.01 to 4.04 :- (i) Old damaged canning shall be removed before painting. (ii) Colours of cane and paint shall be as approved by GE.

Taking down old existing unserviceable cane from chair verandah and Material and Labour for preparation of existing painted surfaces of steel frame of chair verandah by hand scrapping, cleaning of the surfaces and applying Two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

M&L for reweaving the same with new 4mm wide plastic cane oval type best quality, in seat and back complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rubber shoes to the legs, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for welding before painting as required broken portion of Chair. In repairs exc 2.5 but not exc 5cm length and thickness of metal to be welded thickness shall not exc 6mm

Taking down old unserviceable Stiffner and S&F new Stiffner made out of 1st class hard wood teak all as shown on drg. New Stiffner to be fixed with best quality SS Screws

Taking down old existing unserviceable PVC Shoe from Chair dining and S&F new Rubber shoe for chair dining with best quality SS Screws all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
