AUGMENTATION OF WATER SUPPLY SCHEME FOR OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER GE (N) AKHNOOR

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation,three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ±1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 500KVA having following protection:- frequency - 50 HZ, Capacity overload - 20% over load for one hour ,Protection - overload and short circuit through microprocessor based MCCB, Indoor type ,Unbalance type ,Suitable for all power factor all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing flexible copper cable insulated, earthed, heavy duty electric cable with copper conductor , 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 150 sqmm single core (For making connections from starter panel to booster pump) including necessary cable lugs, glands, insulation tape etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay Pipes ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 200 mm of thickness 6.0 mm all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Pipes ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 150 mm thickness 6.0 mm all as specified and directed.

Contd...8/- FEATURES AND SPECIFICATIONS: 5) The system should trip the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and should not restart automatically until unless the system is reset manually, thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. 6) The system shall provide protection against: - a. Low voltage below 350 V b) High Voltage above 450 V c) Single phasing d) Reverse phasing (e) Un Balanced phasing (f) Overloading." Excavation in trenches n. exc.1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation of pole and laying of LT cable as in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returining filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and wall ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Non return valve heavy duty both ends flanged ISI marked of size 200mm complete with nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Non return valve heavy duty both ends flanged ISI marked of size 150mm complete with nuts, bolts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sluice valve class PN 1.6 of size 200mm having ISI marked, with nuts,bolts and washers and rubber gaskets with stainless steel handle over PVC coating complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing sluice valve class PN 1.6 of size 150mm having ISI marked, with nuts,bolts and washers and rubber gaskets with stainless steel handle over PVC coating complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe with outer wall for being corrugated impacts, excellent ring stiffness (compression strength ) and inner wall for smooth allowing easy insertion of Cable in orange colour with and External influence (IP-66/67) with governing Specification IS 16205:Part 24:2017 of size 40mm/30mm(outer dia/inner dia) FOR protection of Cable in ducts/walls/pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
