Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 cm. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of unserviceable materials by spreading and neatly leveling with in a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding Trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth sludge or manure).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately)

Fine dressing of the ground. (Grassing area)

Providing and planting of following well developed disease and insect pest free Shrub plants complete with all lead and lift as per direction of site in charge. Dracaena Mahatma having ht. 30 cm to 45 cm, well developed, fresh and healthy foliage in 20 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot.

Dracaena Rosea having ht. 30 cm & above with 8 to 10 leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 20 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot.

Schefflera high colour having ht. 25 cm to 30 cm, well developed with fresh & healthy foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot / Plastic pot.

Ficus reginold piller type Topiary well developed with fresh & healthy 210 cm to 240 cm ht in 40 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic pot.

Foxtail palm well developed with fresh & healthy foliage of ht. plant 210 cm to 240 cm in 40 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic pot.

Phoenix roebelenii palm well developed having 20 to 25 fresh & healthy leaves 90 cm to 105 cm ht. plant in 30 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic pot.

Canna dwarf of height 25 to 30 cm., 2 to 3 suckers in 20 cmEarthen Pot/Plastic Pot.

Bismarckia Palm 90 cm to 120 cm ht., well developed with fresh and healthy leaves in 35 cm Cement Pot/ Plastic Pot.

Syzygium myritifolium (Eugenia oleina) having 45 cm to 60 cm height, well developed with fresh, healthy & shining foliage in 25 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot.

Providing and fixing of Tuflex Garden fencing Hexagonal net/or equivalent of green colour having contents ( Weight grams/sqm. 510 (+/- 8%)) in width of 60 cm. with bamboo of 90 cm. length. The bamboo should be painted with green colour paint of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and fixed 30 cm. below ground level and 60 cm. above ground level at a distance of 1.50 mtrs. The net and bamboo should be binded with 2 mm. G.I. Wire at three places properly as per direction of Officer-in-charge.

Providing and watering of irrigation water through water tanker for Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 ltr. capacity with one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.
