PROCUREMENT OF HSD (HIGH SPEED DIESEL) FOR OPERATION OF RENTAL DEGs AT KLL DABHOL

Total Requirement - 992 KL

Retail Selling Price of HSD published by OMC applicable as on 02.02.2026 (including all taxes and duties, excluding transportation, packing forwarding and other incidental charges for per KL).

Transportation charges including any incidental charges from Retail Outlet to KLL site (including GST, if any ) for per KL

Notes: 1. The total requirement of HSD i.e. 992 KL is tentative requirement for 1 Year. However, the actual intake of the quantity may vary and there is no guarantee of minimum take-off. 2. KLL intended to place orders on 3 suppliers by splitting above quantity, as per Evaluation Methodology of tender. 3. Offers shall be evaluated on the basis of NET LANDED PER KL PRICES AT KLL SITE. The Net landed value shall be inclusive of all Taxes and duties, Transportation charges including GST (if any) and discount quoted by the bidder considering ITC if applicable as indicated above. 4. Along with Schedule of Rates, bidder must submit the supporting documents (copies of documentary evidences issued by OMCs) to establish the applicable Retail Selling Prices of HSD as on 02.02.2026 as indicated above in the price schedule. 5. The Transportation charges along with GST (if any) and the discount rate per KL quoted by the bidder in the above table shall be remain fixed for entire period of contract. 6. Retail Selling Price of OMC as on 02.02.2026 has been considered only for evaluation purpose. Actual payment for the receipted quantities shall be made based the applicable Retail Selling Price of OMC as on the date of delivery of HSD. 7. Bidders may quote the discount in the form of Rupees (value per KL) only. 8. Bidders are required to submit a copy of the SOR with prices blanked out mentioning “QUOTED” in the un-priced bid. 9. Arithmetic corrections shall be as per clause no. 30 of ITB of tender.
