Improvement of BT Road Walking track from Golei chhak to Sulachana Munda Shop At- Nilaberini Sahi in W.No-9

Earth work excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m. Initial lift icluding rough dressing and bracking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m. in depth and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand waterd and rammed as per OPWD specification including all cost of materils, labour, conveyence, royalty,cess tools and plants etc all complete requried for the work finished item.

Cement contrete (1:2:4) with12mm size hard granite crusher broken chips including cost of all materials & T&P required for the work etc. complete.

Providing, spreading, laying on road surface and compacting, proper camber layers of paver inter locking blocks minimum 80mm thickness and inscribed machine mixed and compacted having crushing strength not less then M-40 including filling the interstices with sand, watering, brooming, bliding and consolidation with wooden hammer as per OPWD specification and relevent code all cost of materials, cnveyance, royality, labour, cess, GST, T&P required to the work etc. complete to finished items.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th. Revision) Unit = cum

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen using Pressure distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th.Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with100-120 TPH batch type HPM producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4.5 to 5 percent of mix and filler

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beds @ 250 gms per sqm area. Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35
